Everyone pass the "human verification test"?

Cash tables been freezing last few days. I can still chat, it shows up instantly. Just sitting there waiting sometimes 5 minutes, sometimes longer. Seems always in mid hand as well so you can not leave or you are just giving up the pot.

this **** ****ed up. better pay us back. tables randomly freezing since the update.

Is ACR compatible with a Linux operating system? Does anyone know?

I actually almost failed it because I didn't notice it. My Lobby is on my second monitor and it didn't give me a notification, luckily I looked over to "pick which card makes a straight!".

Has anyone noticed if they received a smaller prize from The Beast than they should have for last week's leaderboards?

I was well within the ranks for the $50 prize, kept playing until the LBs concluded, even checked the following day & had the $50 prize next to my name. Today I noticed I hadn't received the prize so I had another look today and all of a sudden I'm 7 places off the $50 prize. Only explanation would be that for whatever reason they awarded less prizes than advertised at the time cause even the following day I was well within the winning ranks (as in, 30+ spots above the last rank to get paid).

Well, both. I had $50 next to my name under the Cash tab shortly after the LB concluded (and the day after). I don't remember how many other players were below me with the $50 showing under the Cash tab specifically, but I'm fairly certain it was at least 10-20 of them.

Precisely because I didn't wanna risk it & miss out is why I kept grinding till the LB was over even though I broke into the winning ranks (included the projected tab) in the final hour & had at least 20 players below me with $ under the Cash tab with like 20-30 minutes to go.

Looking for some advice, is it better to take the 27% rakeback or do the 100% welcome bonus and use the regular bonus system? I play about 10-20 tourns a week, maybe $10 - $50 buy in , looking at joining TruePoker so i can change my screen name from my old ACR account and start over

Unless you pay 18k+ in rake a year RB is the way to go. More than that is when the VIP system is more profitable. From what I understand. Others would know better than me. Here is spreadsheet that shows the VIP system Vs RB.

20 people isn't a ton. Likely 30 people (the leaderboard pays thousands) got in front of you.

I was playing few hours before the leaderboard concluded & then for the final 30 minutes too. In the final half hour I was consistently moving up until the timer hit 0 (I was checking every few minutes), not possible I was overtaken after the week was over I checked again few minutes after the leaderboard concluded & even the day after, it always showed $50 under the Cash tab, same for a decent amount of other players below me.

Either they reduced the places paid after the leaderboard concluded or there was a tracking issue which somehow affected a bunch of people below me (?). I'm not at fault in either case, but I don't expect they'll admit their mistake and sadly I don't think there's a way for me to prove this (wouldn't have thought to take a screenshot in case something like this actually happens... ).

Man I knew this site was sketchy but somehow it keeps getting worse.. Before I deposited for the first time last wk, I spent 3 days going back & forth with support confirming deposit fees. Even tho the fees are listed on their site, I wanted to be sure they were current (as they're still advertising MTTs that ended almost a year ago).

Deposited $300 on a Disc card after multiple reps confirmed Disc/MC had no fee (only Visa does). Check my statement today and I see over $320 charged...

So you can change from Elite to RB or vice versa only once? How do you do that?

Write support@ from the email you signed up with. Tell them you want to change from A to B and it usually takes a day although not sure of the delays with home office.

I thought I was going mad for a minute, but there is some type of glitch going on with the stacks in hyperturbo SnGs. The 6max hypers are finishing with way more than 3000 chips. I think that all stacks are getting added to once the ante period starts. There was a system "update" a few hours ago.

Right now there is a bubble in a 5 dollar hyper with a total of ... 5090 chips

I just played a $5 jackpot game that always has 1500 total chips in play [500x3]....there was 4500 chips in this one. Dunno whats going on.
