I use Windows 7 and the Uninstaller does not work for AmericasCardroom or DoylesRoom AT ALL. I have tried even re-installing both programs, and trying to Uninstall again. The uninstaller acts like it runs, but then it only deletes Uninstaller.exe and leaves the rest of the program there completely. You can actually run the program off your desktop icon even after you supposedly ran the uninstaller. When will this be fixed? It's been an issue for at least a month.

I will forward it to the programmer on Monday, they should be back on full schedule this upcoming week after Punta Cana is over.

What do you mean with "method"? It is paid out weekly each Wednesday based on the activity of the previous week (Monday - Sunday) and bonuses are deducted from the rakeback.

I have money on True, but I'm not getting rakeback. I have an old account on ACR. I tried to transfer my True money to ACR account, but it didn't go through. Is there another way to transfer the money?

Anyway, my reason for asking is that I had an account on DR a while back before my current one and when I came back to the site after BF, the account was gone amidst all the network changes. Any chance that old account doesn't exist any longer and that's why it didn't work? Just a shot in the dark, probably doesn't apply.

The tourney filter doesn't save after you log out.

There is no way to get to the tourney lobby for your specific tourney from your table, you have to go to the lobby than search through all the tournaments.

A re match option for HU sngs would be nice.

I've been attempting to get this debit card for weeks, has anyone actually got it?
I sent all the info required for it and have still not heard back, I have been emailing support/security daily about it and they are ignoring me.

I did a $5 transfer and it took about 8 hours.

The sngs don't reload once they have started, sometimes it takes 10 minutes for the same sng to be back in the lobby.

When you cash in a MTT, you get a pop up of what place you got, but nothing about the amount you cashed for.

Hello, I was wondering if it would be possible to change your superturbo HU stngos. Currently you only start with 10bbs and the rake is 5% just like all the other HU stgnos. This makes these games nearly if not impossible to make profit at. The format they had on FTP and now have on Stars is a starting stack of 500 with 10-20, 20-30, 20-40, 25-50 blind levels that increase every two minutes. (3 minutes would be good on your site since the cards are dealt much slower). The rake is also only around 2% which gets progressively lower as the buyin gets higher. These games are enormously popular on these other sites and it would benifit both the players and your site if you could change them.
Also, having antes that slow down the games in HU stngos is kind of silly and should be eliminated.
