I was thinking the same thing about the intent of the rules - but I didn't want to lose $1,000 deposit bonus next week just because I killed some time playing a freeroll and luckboxed $20 for final tabling it or something (then put it in some micro "real cash" games) and ended up breaking the rules of the deposit bonus!

So I'm playing a tournament just now. Player who is the bb busts out and I am suppose to be bb next. Next hand instead of there being a dead sb and me being the bb, the bb moves to the player after me and I only have to post my sb. WTF?!?!?

Just had it happen again in the same tournament. I'm guessing this is just standard on this network.

Try asking ACR rep about rakeback. no HEM yes Pokertracker. HEM says someday so i went back to pokertracker so far so good.

Have been playing about 6 months at ACR now...While I am pleased overall with the site, I am still having some significantly irritating issues with the software (besides all the standard issues people have mentioned regarding rebuying, etc):

- I am continually getting that issue where you click on a tourney (MTT or SnG) and it says "Please wait, taking you to a tournament"...and just sits there, never taking you anywhere. Usually needing to restart the software, until the issues starts again in short order (This is a massive hassle if I am playing cash tables as well...It's either don't play tourneys that I can't get at, or have to leave my cash tables to shut down the software).

- I also keep getting a pop-up on the main screen saying "Security warning - Windows has blocked this software because it can't verify the publisher". I have to constantly click close on this popup. I believe it has something to do with Flash player, as none of the banners on the main screen show up anymore. Anyone else have this problem or know of a workaround? Thx..

There are other more nit-picky issues, but these ones have been really driving me nuts and making it difficult to play....

I play on a sportsbook that is on this same network and I have a ton of FPP's and no way to use them. Is there a way for me to redeem them for cash since there is no store for sportsbook players and I don't get rakeback? I was told 3 weeks ago there was something coming for us to be able to use our FPPs but that was 2 weeks ago and nothing has happened. Can you please help/give an update on if you guys are still planning a release of something to utilize the FPP's?

It's called "forward moving button". You can Google it. There are other sites that use this rule (including PokerStars in their tourneys), as well as some live poker rooms. Although most use the "BB only" rule when the next SB gets busted, and keep the BB in normal rotation.

I think forward moving button is stupid, personally, but just letting you know, no, you did not witness a glitch. This is the house rule for ACR, in tourneys and cash games.

?? Also do you guys play on the bbj tables? Do you notice any difference in competition on the bbj tables vs the regular ones? I would assume players more luck oriented would want to play the bbj tables but it seems that almost all the tables usually full are the bbj ones. It also comes back to my original question about how much does it effect the rake. Anyone have any input on this?

Yes, it is a terrible flaw which happens all the time. You will see I brought it up a while back and the Rep says they are working on a fix.



No, this is not what it is. It is a fault with the program. Forward Moving button is something else entirely compared to the 'double blind' problem encountered on the site in certain situations.

There is a link on rakeback.com to download acr. And the bonus code is RBRAKEBACK. I havent deposited yet but thats what ill use. I believe you have to send an email to acr after also as a reminder for them to set up the rakeback for you and you get it every wednesday. Someone correct me if i said something wrong.

If done right when downloaded from affiliate link you should not have to email support at all, should be 100% automatic. But to be 100% sure, it is always good to email them.


If you have already downloaded the site and deposited, then the only way to get Rakeback is to email support and ask nicely. If you have not downloaded site, then you can go to any approved affiliate and get Rakeback Automatically.

I don't get how the site says theres 7100 people on right now but theres hardly any sngs running?

Yes a lot of times these numbers in lobby seem way off. Also been having to send about 10 error reports a day because of software freezing up is really iratating, and i have client set at auto login and everytime i start client there is a message saying bad username or password. So on average i need to get about 3 new passwords a day.

And the taking you to tourament message that keeps popping up and not taking you to tounament needs to be adressed. The word that i think best descibes this software is clunky.

This software is by far the worst i have ever played on and i have played on everysite i mean even Bodog and Cake are better. When will we see some updated software ??
