The table balancing used to be terrible, frequently opening new tables heads up in very late registration, but I feel it has been fair. I haven't noticed getting transferred from late position to utg or vice versa. I play a variety of MTTs and on demands and nothing stands out.

There is this one plo bot i am actively bum-hunting and draining heads up lol - super exploitable, never lost heads up. I leave the table when his cardsharing buddies join. He seems to be able to crush the regs with a passive style, or maybe he is just cardsharing idk - he is up on SS.

Generally most of the cash game bots have 0-1 tournaments played. Usually the 1 is a deposit free roll.

How many hands do you have? I have only 4k hands so like I said it isn't enough to say anything for sure. I haven't seen any other regs doing these 2.5x things but it does subjectively seem that Trance is trapping strong hands much more than the others. In my low samples they play similar frequencies postflop. The jury is still out on these accounts but they are absolutely suspicious

Final 10 players in a big MTT, I'm on the turn in a huge pot with essentially the nuts facing a bet for half my remaining stack and preparing to shove and the screen suddenly refreshes and my hand is folded... Unfckingbelievable. Most tilting experience ever.

How the f*ck is there no safeguard for this??? I had plenty of time left in my timebank with it set to automatically activate and the hand is just immediately folded because of (I assume) a momentary disconnect?? Ridiculous

Happened to me in a 1.6k pot tonight, not even gonna bother sending anything to support because I know thats just the cost of doing business with this shady company. On the old software it would engage a disconnect protection time bank, on the new "upgraded" software it just instantly mucks your hand when there is a disconnect.

I have a technical question for you guys. The past few months many times my wi-fi connection will cut out at the same time that I get this disconnect event that texpoker is describing happen. I have very stable internet otherwise. Is it possible that the poker client could somehow send a strong enough signal that would cause this to occur?

the sb is not bb/2 so they have to rewrite every bet size function in the software

It's such BS. Have they never addressed this issue? Their website even has a Frequently Asked Questions section with this:

"-How long do I have to reconnect and get back in the hand after I've been disconnected?

-If you were disconnected while playing in a game and you reconnect within 35 seconds, you will be able to act on your hand."

...I was reconnected almost instantly but the hand was still automatically folded.

Happened to me yesterday in a tourney as well. Finally got a hand, put some chips in, and bam, froze a sec and mucked me. I busted shortly after.

I haven't been able to get anywhere with support so maybe someone here can help.

I had BCP installed on a desktop I rarely used, after the big update I couldn't login and it required resetting the password. Problem is it keeps telling me I'm using wrong pw even though on laptop it works fine. So I just gave up on getting it fixed after I contacted support because I was just getting nowhere following their instructions. I'd like to use this desktop again so if anyone has any suggestion please let me know. Everytime I reinstall the software my old login credentials are there which is leading me to believe that something isn't getting deleted when I uninstall it. Anyone know how to delete software completely or anyone know how to get this fixed?

@above best solution I can think of is going through and making sure you're actually deleting all the related files. "uninstall" might not be getting some saved data, etc.

As someone new to ACR I have a couple other questions I'm just curious about:

1) about what is the usual "minimum points" for someone winning the $100 + tournament ticket for the beast rake race? I know I have virtually 0 chance at becoming one of the top guys in that race, but I want to know if I can realistically even get the minimum prize

2) for rakeback do you have to "play through" to release or anything like that? or can it just be instantly withdrawn and used etc if you wanted to?

Was BCP installed in the machine prior? If so, uninstall the new one as much as you can and redownload it. When it asks you what directory, the default is BlackChipPoker, add a 1 at the end, BlackChipPoker1 and install it. It might be conflicting with the prior version. Changing the default directory solved a myriad of small issues for me.

Does HEM2 no longer work for ACR?

Yes it was installed prior, I've tried different directory but no luck. Desktop runs windows 7 maybe it's not supported with latest update.

Right click icon, go to properties, and see if it is set to run as Windows7.

I had it where it kept telling me the PW was wrong. Pretty sure I just closed that window and manually typed it in again and it worked.

Their customer service is really bad. You could also PM winning_td and see if he can ask one of the tech people.

Yeah, I remember seeing it. That was back when they were still having a ton of issues with stuck money, lag, etc. I was hoping they'd add 25NL once things stabilized, but it's not looking like it.

The 215$ 1mil multiple starting day tourney has 1k entrants with 69 ppl making it thru, if it hits the gurantee (5k entrants) there will be around 345 ppl making day 2 at this pace. Yet the structure shows 585 ppl would be paid with 5k entrants, are ppl making the money who dont quite make day 2 or what are they going to do?
