I have been playing ACR for a couple of weeks now usually playing 5 tables of 200 Blitz.

My connection is fine and then in the middle of a hand one of my tables will freeze for 2 minutes while my 4 other tables are operating as normal. Then after 2 minutes I am sat out of the frozen table and I have lost the pot.

This has happened 5 or 6 times and at first I thought it was a connection issue on my end but then I emailed support the third time and I got this reply:

"Hello Andrew,

Thank you so much for contacting us.

We have reviewed the mentioned Hand and we were able to see that it was affected by connection issues on our end.

Due to this we have refund the money that was bet on the by you on the Hand #787524284 for a total of $4.4."

So this is an issue on their end and it has happened 5-6 times in a week. I asked what happens if it is on the river in a big pot where I have a royal flush and they said I would still lose the pot and they would refund me the money I had invested but not the money I would have won.

Does anyone else have this issue? Do you feel safe playing on ACR with this issue?

I didn't give any of my thoughts.

I stated the issue, how it was resolved and asked if anyone else has the issue.

Perhaps it happens to other people who weren't aware they are entitled to a refund.

Just worry about your own business please.

Can confirm this happen with aswell good to know i have this happen seldomly on 1 table while the other 4 are fine.

This happened to me a couple of times. Once I had top pair and straight draw against two others and all of a sudden the cards vanished and so did the chips and the other players and then there was a pop up that said "waiting for other players to join the game" and the BB that I called and my c-bet on the flop were not returned to me. When I e-mailed support I gave them the exact minute it happened and told them I was playing $.25/.50 Blitz and what happened and they said that they were sorry that "I was not able to rebuy into the tournament". I don't trust that site and I will never play there again.

Anyone ever have a BTC deposit just not show up in your account?

Been on 3+ confirmations for over 20 mins. Never had this happen before. Sent an email to Support. Just curious if this has happened to anyone else?

Having same issue made deposit about 90 minutes ago. Confirmed on blockchain. Never deposited in account. Usually takes less than 15 minutes to deposit . Contacted support but will not hold my breath on a reply any time soon.

The miners fee? today mine was cheap like $1.50 ish, but it varies usually a lot higher when btc is swinging. If its like 5-10 dollars i'll usually wait til the fees are lower if i'm not in a rush.

Lower fee means longer wait.

yeah, I haven't moved bitcoin around much, but I did like $50 a couple months ago and the fee was like $11. I didn't realize the miners fees depended on btc volatility.

Yrs its annoying. If you can buy altcoins like LTC, BCH, ETH etc., you should. Lower fees.

This happened so many times with me while multi tabling cash games on WPN. I would be playing one table and then freeze up on another table and immediately sat out. Annoying as hell.

I should of learned my lesson from the Jackpot Poker SNGs where I would freeze up randomly and end up blinding out. Nice money sink...

I haven't played on ACR in like 5-8 years. I went to go sign in and got told my account had been suspended. I've contacted support, but they are being slow and useless, and there only form of communication is a contact us form on the site, they seemingly have no chat or phone support. Can I just create an account on one of the other skins and be good to go. If yes are there any pros/cons to the other skins?

It is legal to sign up for another skin, there's no difference between them.

i wouldnt risk it, make sure your name is good to go before making a new account

This. You'll be able to make a new account deposit and play but you'll probably run into issues if you try to cash out.
