I was credited for my tickets from the Venom.

Also HandOfGod will be posting complaints here within the next 48 hours, some avatar will be the wrong color, or the resizing of the tables will be too sensitive. Possibly the lobby will be slightly out of order, or he will have accidentally clicked on spin to win and spent a penny unintentionally and will be demanding it back.

my tickets had been gone for awhile, but i think i was just credited cash for them? but obv cant find anything that says so...

i really wish this site wasn't so impossible and difficult to navigate to find out simple things in regards to your account like this. Along with many other complaints. But on we go

I had 12k points vanish not long after their new software was released. Took me 2 months of back and forth with support to get them back. I doubt he’s lying

WTF - anyone have their tourney table "freeze" today?

Not like disconnect or sitting out or anything, but two times today both in hyper turbos I look at the table and it's literally frozen. I'm not sitting out, it's not disconnected, everything is frozen.

I notice it way later and close table and re-open and I have 1 BB and have been sitting out the whole time and blinded out.

Anyone else experience this or have any idea why/how this is happening?

New tables and the lobby screen all load up HUGE compared to other applications on my computer; I have to resize every table that opens and they still don't go small enough for my liking. Any suggestions?

Not that this is a big deal compared to any of the other problems, but anyone else have trouble viewing "financial history" in the client now? It tries to load in a web browser for some reason instead of the client itself, then can't find any data. It used to just load in the poker client.

I received about $100-$125 yesterday from something and was trying to find out what it was, didn't think I had any stuck money or cyclones or anything (and it wasn't the beast payout.) Pokertracker was off by about that much a couple days ago but I think that was just because ACR screwed up the hand histories on a few hands (hand histories didn't exist).

I do hookup my laptop to my flat screen, but it does it the same on the laptop when it isn't connected. I've adjusted the resolutions from what my computer has recommended but all the other options make it worse.
