Just to save some people some time,

I keep two sets of spreadsheets that I have to match together along with my balance before I quit each night. I delayed doing so after last nights refund craziness, but I worked through them today.

A couple of points. Not all of the refunds(not the prize pool splits, but the tournaments in late reg that are refunded just buyin) are showing up in the log under the financial tab. The money was added to my account, but they don't show in the financial page, I have verified across my other tracking that the money is there. Surprisingly one tournament I re-entered shows one of the buyins being added back to my account but not the other.

The last point, at least 1 tournament I was in had the levels keep moving after the freeze because a couple of the tables were still playing, and in the time between suspensions had moved from late reg to running, I was given my value based on my stack size not just my buyins back, so another tricky situation to understand your balance after all of this.

chiming in to say I'm again past 2 business days on a small 4 figure bitcoin withdrawal. I will not be playing with them if I have to beg for crypto - theres no excuses this isnt 2010.

I noticed the same about the mtts i rebought it shows as one refund but it indeed refunded multiple entries the balance goes up by multiple amount of the buyin. For example, i used 2 bullets in a 55 it shows 55$ refund but balance went up by 110$ etc.

It has to be this way, and if you think hard enough I bet you can figure it out. If you need a hint, think about the finishing stack, and the buyins.

They have barely ever processed btc withdrawals in 2 days. There is also an entire thread dedicated to withdrawals.

Idk, I asked for a first withdraw, after 2 days read on their site that I'll need to ship documents (they havent replied yet), did so proactively, that was handled in ~2hrs (after the first reply to my mail, which took <24hrs), got the money the next day, no issues since (~5-8withdrawals). It always takes 2-3 days iirc. Maybe I'm just lucky so far.

you should have gotten a refund for the one you busted

this policy is such ****ing nonsense though

is someone busts they had no equity off of that buy in and shouldn't get money back
and the remaining players should get chop based on stacks

I got 2 withdrawals last month in 14 hours or less. Coinbase lagged (and charged fees out the ass) but obv. not WPN's fault. That said, I wouldn't start to worry before a week. Nice to see some reporting here on successful cash-outs and time-frames on this thread too, just for peace of mind.

During the lockdown in April and May, withdrawals took over a week but they did mention that they are understaffed at the time.

By June and recently last July 6, my withdrawals take only 2 days to process.

Does anyone know if it's possible to edit the hotkeys on ACR?

With the defaukt hotkeys no, not that ive found. wpntools lite and table tamer let you make custom hotkeys though.

Still no additional refunds and no answer from ACR.

Pretty frustrating policy, I had a top 10 chip stack in the 215 with 40% of field remaining. Just get my 215 back... sweet

havent been able to play more than 10 minutes tonight without one of my blitz tables freezing. Only way to fix it is to log out and log back in to which the table pops up immediately and then works fine from there. Anyone else having issues?

wtf is wrong with the connectivity in this software, I brought all my volume over from Bovada imagining it couldn't get any worse but it's like every single site can't be nearly as good as PS and FTP where circa 2007

Almost every session of Blitz I get a random decon where my buttons disappear, my timebank turns gray, and it just sits me out, it happens frequently enough that it happens in really really inopportune times. Then it will sometimes keep me permanently sat out of that table but when I close it and try to reopen it says I'm already at my five table limit. Super frustrating.

My internet is great, always solid and direct connect to PC. Also takes a while for my balance to load

edit: and now I quit session and exit all tables, none of the money shows up in my account for a while and I have to just hope it all ends up where it should even though they obviously have bad connectivity issues

when I play full volume I pay ~10k+ a month in rake and changed over for the RB but I don't know if I can handle deconning with the nuts in three bet pots for much longer

Seems like a lot of people are having problems with blitz so don't know if this has already been posted, but are other people having problems where their hands just instantly disappear and you have no idea what happened?

Like someone bets into you or you're about to click bet and the hand just poofs gone and it's not in the hand history or poker tracker, you think you might have seen some cards fly into the muck at lightning speed but you're not really sure. I'm not referring to the normal fast folding of course. It might also disconnect you from the table after this happens.

I don't normally play blitz so not sure if this is common for people, I've only had one spot so far where I know for sure it just instantly folded my cards when someone bet into me (i was going to fold anyway but the hand disappeared), another where I was going to bet but the hand disappeared and I think I won, but I'm worried if it's going to happen in important spots. And it seems to be happening with a frequency way too high to just shrug off the occasional problem.

My exact same sentiments. I don't understand why WPN thinks it's not important enough to address all these connectivity and software issues first. But the fact that this is going on for more than a year is no longer excusable. I like blitz, the rakeback and the beast. Pretty much that's the reason why I still play at WPN but come on. Chronic problems with their server, missing hand histories and balances? Really a sensible CEO would have had this fixed and not let it linger around for years.

It's not just happening in Blitz. I was having issues with SNGs timing out earlier, granted it luckily never cost me a pot. But occasionally, I would be randomly sat out at a table and have to sit back in.

Also, I had issues registering games a few times. The wheel kept spinning on the registration option and the only way to fix it was to try to close out the software only to be stopped because I was on other tables. But fortunately, that fixed the registration spinning wheel issue.

Got disconnected twice in the last 20 minutes when I had the literal nuts in 3bet pots, absolutely ****ing ridiculous

I've been disconnected at least a dozen times in the last hour, with single tables completely freezing while the others are fine, being "disconnected by administrators," or just being logged out completely in the middle of a hand

I'm very seriously considering withdrawing my entire balance from this site, almost every single time I want to put in a session I have to deal with this bullshit

edit: oh and now I'm missing a couple of buy ins, ****ing incredible that they can waste so much time making these stupid little cosmetic changes every other week, but can't address the issues with their software that actually have a tangible impact on the player experience

Yeh more disconnecting wheel of deaths today than usual and seemed to take a little longer to recconnect too, wish they would sort it out, certainly makes grinding a pain.

just started with acr from iggy and have following issues:

some Hh missing from hm2
the HH folder on my d drive is empty - where would the hands be located?
can you download or get HH from acr?
is table tamer the only half decent software for bet sizings etc?

I have a newbie question on getting rakeback at Americas Cardroom. Is it correct that one can get 27% by just downloading the software on Americas Cardroom’s own website without using any affiliates? What are the advantages and disadvantages of using an affiliate? Can one get more than 27% rakeback using an affiliate?

Not sure about cash but i notice if i close out a tournament table before the hand has been loaded by hem (sometimes there is a delay) the hand never appears in my db.

If you open HH at table (the button that looks like a video play symbol) then click options it should show you where the HH is saving. I prefer wpn tools lite to table tamer (month free trial and $40 for a year after) its not as user friendly to setup but once you get everything working its been great for me and table tamer is so overpriced and has tons of issues. But I know many people prefer it.

Not sure about affiliate stuff. You start on the medals program when you sign up which is like old stars rb system with tiers, works out at less than 27% unless you pay $18k rake a year or something. You email support and ask to change to flat 27% and they move you over, you can change once to flat 27% and change back to medals once in your accounts lifetime, but ofc you can just switch skins at that point.

You just have to email support and they will switch you from rewards to 27% rb. Unless you had an old merge black chip account from before they moved networks that’s the most you’ll get.
