This is response that I got. I figure that too many people are bugging them with this issue so they've just decided to say that it's not working for now.

The thing keeps crashing and freezing/disappearing buy ins that they are starting small on this 8th relaunch.

Ok thanks for responding I have this exact problem. I found the last 3 month really unfair for my prescriptive. The site was down for weeks at a time, I wasn't able to check or redeem points yet they expect me to keep up pace business as usual or they take your rakeback away.

This. There was a bot that popped up with a Thailand location this week (dilemmafixer). I am not convinced that all of the bot operators are even located in the former Eastern Bloc.

They suspended my account again. They are accusing me of "angle shooting" claiming that I was grimming. I do not open sit so how could I grim? This is just another example of how clueless WPN "security" is to harass an honest human player. This being said, there is legit grimming going on at high stakes by players such as "GiveMeAChicken" and "Artichoke2" (St1ckman) that I have reported countless times and nothing has been done about it.

The bots will grim if you sit them HU. Don't waste your time reporting them though. Bots are protected by WPN. Honestly I think it is likely that WPN may be running the bots themselves.

For anyone wondering what the hell is "grimming."

Grimming is specifically open sitting, playing more buttons than your opponent and then leaving after playing the button.

I do not consider checking sit out next BB when a 6max table player count drops below 4 (because beast points are generated far less) to be grimming, this is just a table breaking if I did not start the table. Grimming can only be heads up. It is still grimming if you open sit, get the button first, play a bunch of hands then leave after your button as you derived an unfair advantage but the pure form of grimming is just sitting to play ONLY the button and then leaving after one hand. Players like artichoke2 and givemeachicken are doing pure grimming at high stakes (5/10+) Repats12 is "soft" grimming at high and midstakes, he will play a number of hands hu but will always play an extra button which is still grimming. Nothing is done about this(or ever will be). I am not sure that the "game integrity team" even knows what the definition of grimming is. The only time the player that joined the open sitter recieves the button first is when the 2 players had previously played and the open sitter had got up from the table (not sat out) the previous HU interaction first. So the grimmer can just sit out and wait for the other player to leave (which they normally will because now they are effectively open sitting).

I do not table start so I can't grim. My account is still suspended which means I am unfairly put at a disadvantage in the Beast. The incompetence of WPN is truly astounding.

Being able to play 2-3k hands in 3-4 hours is bliss.

Does HUD work on Blitz?

Buttons should be 50/50 randomized for game starting hu situations. What is funny now is that when tables break and 2 players are left the first hand of hu actually has the bb playing in position. So even if this was considered grimming, there would actually be no advantage derived from playing oop for one hand. So what ends up happening if the SB does NOT leave is that they play 2 hands in a row out of position postflop!

Last night, I saw there was supposed to be a $55 Stud 8 tourney today, I think as part of the High series, and now I can't find it anywhere. Anyone have any insight on this?

I just got this email from support after waiting 2 hours and 3 phone calls to support. I have no idea what this is supposed to mean? I did not grim anyone but they are forcing me to admit to grimming? I stated that I did not grim.

Update: They finally unsuspended my account after I repeated back what he said to me via email. I was locked out of my account and unfairly disadvantaged in the beast for over 2 full hours.

Got another "failed human verification test" dialog sitting underneath my tables. No captcha once again. This time the dialog had a different look to it and it said please click here to prove you are in front of your computer. Seems like WPN does not want my business anymore.

Someone definitely spent serious time programming and designing this new "glitch" dialog that notifies you that you have failed a captcha. This is quite disturbing seeing that this is what WPN is prioritizing right now.

I don't know about anybody else but I find it very curious how you are specifically getting the captcha or bot checks. Seriously, is this the purest example of irony that the person most leading the anti-bot charge is getting penalized for not passing "bot-security"? wow...no words dude, that's just messed up. Do they know your ACR handle associated with the 2+2 handle?

Yes they do and I suspect that could be a reason. I am the only one that has reported these fake failure dialogs so far. Plenty of others have gotten the actual captchas so I'm not being specifically targeted with those.

Anyone missing funds today? My HM2 has me down 143$ but the cashier has me down $449 (which is close to impossible since I play a mix of 25-100NL, majority is at 50 and the games the whole time felt passive overall so losing that much seems close to impossible). I had tables randomly closed on me during play and maybe that froze some of my funds? I don't know, first time I've had a discrepancy this big.

I messaged support and Winning_TD already hope I hear something good from them soon.

ACR/WPN, in case you're reading this, best way to solve this is to give me my hand histories. My database has me playing a total of 2,110 hands today (870 at 50NL for -92.89$, 682 at 100NL for -60.53$ and 558 at 25NL for +10.77$.

Fo to your financial history and look at the dates, if a y show the year 0000, then the funds on that table are where its held up. If you PM'd winning_td, he usually gets back to people quickly

The year.... if you see the date of a game showing something like 9/18/0000, that's where missing money is. Take screen shots of those games and forward to winning_td.
