The people at the top of companies want to take all the credit when things go well and they also expect to get paid the big money. But when things go badly they mostly hide and hope the situation turns around. And if it doesn't they will rarely admit fault. Well Nagy is the one that ultimately decided to use this crappy software company. Nagy should be fired. And if there is no one to fire him, then he should have the balls to resign.

Who is going to replace him, Jorge or Carlos? Maybe Esmarelda is customer service. LOL

you guys act like you've never called support or don't realize that this is a 3rd world company in a 3rd world country with 3rd world level intelligence and talent.

This 3rd world company is part of a huge company (?), but I don't think the higher company gives two farts about WPN.

By the way, the balls comment was directed squarely at Nagy, I'm sure he secretly reads this thread. It is GTO to call out his machismo. I actually don't think he has balls.

It finally doesn’t have me seated at a Blitz table but the money hasn’t been returned to my account. I’m assuming it just had me blinding out until the money was gone or something. Customer service was zero help as usual. Hopefully Winning_TD gets it fixed.

Anyone missing a bunch of hands this week? I seem to be missing a bunch of hands compared to previous weeks. It used to be 1-5 per week, this time it's like 2-5 per session.

Site just crashed again. I had 12 tables of games with $1000 or so spread out on the tables. This is 3 times in 2 days this has happened. Guess I won't be trying for the Beast leader board anymore until their site gets more stable. This time I'm missing lots of money and it sucks having to send screen shots of games and Game History logs waiting for a refund. I finally move up to $200 buy in games and the site crashes again UNREAL.

Was on two tables when site crashed, got refunded one of them and I'm still missing ~$1200. Spoke with support and they said the rest will be refunded in a few hours but wouldnt confirm the amount. I took screenshots and the amount missing is exactly how much I had on one of the tables to the penny. I tried to withdrawal the whole balance after the update but I hadn't raked enough. I'm done for now, would need a pretty good reason to deposit again.

ive been involved in 3 crashes in last 24 hours including the one that just happened now. like 17 tables over 3 crashes. somewhere around 2500 dollars i dont even know how much money im missing exactly. who the **** knows

Obviously the servers can not handle the load due to too many tables being open. They should limit the max to 6 or 4 tables like Stars did.

idk about you guys, but im psyched for the launch of blitz poker in early 2021. also heard that mucked cards might be coming in late 2021/early 2022 but no offical word on that yet
