Anyone get their Blitz money back as of yet? Mine is still stuck in the year 0000.

Yup, my ACR points almost doubled while my True points stayed static. Have rakeback on BCP, so I don't know re: BCP.

I got a hold of a decent customer service rep today and he gave me 24-48 hours time frame. But I heard 24-72 hours Friday. Anyway he assured me they were taking care of it. So I feel ok again. haha.

Did this just happen automatically or did you contact them to get a manual accounting? No idea if my points were correct but I'll definitely contact support for a 2nd look if players are having to contact them to get accurate results.


And did anyone receive all of their $ for medals? I only got $10 (which I already had pending/redeemable before the update I believe) but should have gotten a lot more if they're paying out for play up to 8/1. Been wanting to switch to rakeback for months now but don't trust I'll get paid my pending VIP rewards if I switch before VIP is fixed.

Do blitz hands accrue rakeback?

I have noticed several times in the past week that hands I play are not being tracked either in the ACR hand history or on HM2. This has happened multiple times. The first time, support spent a long time and found a specific hand I knew was missing. Tonight, three one-stack hands were never tracked. Has anyone else had this issue?

Yes its a feature that the hand histories are automatically deleted. That's right, it gets deleted so that you and support can't find the hands or tables in which you disconnect and lose a pot or get money frozen.

Just played a hour session of blitz and encountered no problems. Hopefully this time it will stay up for more than a few days.

There are a lot of ppl missing 20k+ Rakeback + 20 bugs+ on the site, can we focus on this?

Anyone knows anything about Pokerking, they didnt pay a single player yet.
If I go into chat and tell them other skins already paid, they just say it will be paid soon but no estimated time..

If you look in the FAQ on this site it discusses the PM function. They won't say exactly how many posts you have to make before they make it available but if you want to post your SN and table info that you were on when the crash occurred. I can PM W_TD for you. I have done this for others in the past and W_TD has taken care of the issue. I think A Dewd has sent PMs for other players that don't have the PM function as well

I don't want to dump work onto the guy but w_td resolved the missing blitz money for me within an hour when I messaged him the other day. He was right on top of it.

Same here its happened twice and both times he had it resolved for me within an hour....
