Both True and ACR. Finally got the client to connect. The games showed up, but when I tried to join, it brought up the sign-in screen again and said I was logged out. Every time I tried to enter a tournament or a table or to check cashier. The password IS correct.

This! Everything is extremely laggy including updating balance. It just took 20 min for my $ to show up from the two blitz tables I left, and on Day 1 of Blitz it took a few hours. Also reports of $ taking a long time to deposit. It will all be sorted I'm sure, no need to panic. By all means send a quick message to live chat to confirm they have your $ that you aren't seeing. Done it twice this week, takes 5 minutes.

I was just saying I know my balance is there eve if doesn't show it at any given moment. It's just annoying when I can't play. With the issues they've been having they shouldn't have brought back tournaments. Get out all the **** first then when its working properly slowly roll other things back in. if things are working right in ring games its not as big of a deal but cancelling tournies has been far too common in ACR history. Make sure everything else is working first FFS.

Might be beating a dead horse here, but plenty of issues tonight on BCP. Tables not populating in lobby. Repeatedly being "disconnected" when trying to sit at a table. Funds missing from cashier. Being repetitively asked to log in when going to view cashier. Rather shameful at this point, all in all.

Become inured to the scene in this country, but it's pretty depressing we can't just have a comfortable and reputable environment in which to play a simple game. What a *****n time to be alive

Guys, this is HTML5, it's the current trend in online poker software, it doesn't refresh as often as the old software. This may be to save the server from overload with constant refresh every second.

I was 4tabling the plo10 blitz earlier for about 45 minutes. One of my four tables froze waiting for the next hand for like ten minutes. I closed it out and tried to enter another one. The table popped up but there was a notification saying my request could not be made. The table was just black so I exited.
When I tried to open another one I noticed the 15, that was on the table before exiting, nor the 10 I tried to put on the second table, was not back in the account. I tried to get on other blitz tables expecting that I would eventually get on a table and the missing cash would make it back to my account.
When I left the tables I was down 14 buy ins because none of the money I had on the active tables, nor the buy ins for the games I couldn't get in, were back yet. I got back on just now after about 3 or 4 hours and the only money that made it back was the money from the active tables. I'm still missing about 5 or 6 buy ins for the blitz tables I could not enter.
I tried to talk to someone via the live chat but got disconnected. Not sure the best course of action.

We just want to play ACR!

I'm to the point that I'm going to cash in my points and move my roll to another site. This is just frustrating as all hell. I can move my money back once this **** show is over.

I notice when I log on players are playing. What skin is actually working? I use ACR and it's not. Anyone on a skin that's working?

soo anoying , bcp and acr are working at least a little bit , poker king doesnt work at all , and didnt work even a single time , also , i cashed yesterday , and normally it only takes a few hours , but , this time its been over 24h with no cash out yet , so , i cant play on the site , and i cant play on another site because i cant cashout .

I'm glad it's a holiday weekend and that I don't plan on playing for the next 3 days.

My buddy MaxVenator was #8 in that tourney. Can a WPN network rep please comment on this, my buddy shares the sentiment. ICM chop, or give prizes based on position in the tournament or GB for him, and possibly myself... It's getting ridiculous.

Crazy to think Full Tilt's software played and looked similar to this update and it was 15 years ago. Props to those programmers it an otherwise scummy organization.

I spoke to live chat about the $66 40k on Tuesday being cancelled at 6k blind level and they told me the tournament was cancelled in late registration (which I believe ends at 2.5k blind level). All I received was my buyin and reentry back...I did a rough calculation and according to their policy I was owed somewhere between $500-$600.

No response to my PM from winning td yet nor Nagy on twitter. It's a complete **** show and they shouldn't be running real money games right now whatsoever.
