There should be updates from the site via email in terms of their massive amount of panic-worthy malfunctions with the software update, not from Winning_TD.
I have .08 showing in my available rakeback. I haven't played since Sunday because I knew it would take them til now at least to get anything working right on a software switch, being as incompetent as they are. So here I am, ready to redeem my rakeback from Sunday which should total far more than 8 cents of course, being that I played about $500 of tournaments.
Before someone tells me "dude, it's been discussed by Winning_TD or others a page back"...I repeat: There should be updates from the site via email in terms of their massive amount of panic-worthy malfunctions with the software update, not from Winning_TD.
20% of the time, the client lets me log on and see tables. 80% of the time, I log in, can't see any tables, and can't proceed past the pop-up ad for the Venom.
there is a setting within the WPN client "Auto switch between tables"
this setting always behaves as if its ON, even if you uncheck the box.. this means that tables will always pop over other WPN tables. that setting is supposed to turn that off. but it doesn't work.
What I've found is I have no issues getting on from ACR (no spinning Venom page).
However, when I try to open BlackChipPoker, I get the spinning Venom page, so far I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still occurs. The "solution" for me is to kill it and reopen it like 6 times and it finally starts working

Same, does not work for me as well. Please work on a fix at some point
Okay, quick fix for those stuck at the Venom screen. It won't let you see tables, nor play, but it will let you access the "My Account" page.
1. Log in to ACR as you normally would
2. Wait for the top left corner to say "Logged in as (your username)"
3. Click the X button on the client, as if you were exiting ACR.
4. On the "Are you sure you want to exit America's Cardroom?" popup, click 'Cancel' instead of 'Ok.'
You are now free to click the My Account button where you can see your balance, deposits, and withdrawals. No tables will load up, so if you click anywhere on the actual poker part of the client, it will freeze again. Just repeat the process over if you run into this.
Can't help but chuckle at this for multiple reasons. Your/You're, log-in issues outsourced to the CEO's Twitter, lololol. I'm a WPN supporter but sometimes you just have to laugh at them.

"Dog Bites Man" is not news -- "Man Bites Dog," however... viz., it would be news if Nagy could spell/think/etc.

What do you expect from a middle aged man running through life in a hockey jersey?
For people that are able to log in and see games , how are you able to do this? I'm getting the loading venom page only, anyone know how to get this fixed?

I'm wondering if it has anything to do with IP addresses.
I wasn't able to login from my office computer, but once I got home I was able to login from my home computer.
