I'm sad to see that your mission regarding the Venom has failed. I predicted higher overlays due to a bad satellite system and unfortunately I was right. I hope you won't give up though. I think a Venom once a month should succeed. It gives players more time and oppertunities to win a satellite.

I know you would like to be authentic and all. But take a look how other successfull poker sites manage their main event satties. How about shoot out satellites? How about small rebuy satellites with fast structures? Keep your phase satellites but move the final sat to the sundays early before the Venom starts. Anyways I wish you the best of luck and I really hope that the next Venom isn't the one in July.

They probably got shelled for more money on freerolls and satty overlay than the tourney itself.

For some reason they are not allowing players to get TB if they win multiple tickets. They said the Venom is once every 6 months 5 mil grnty. So since I already have a tik that they wont pay me for I cant even win another ticket until Jan 20th and can only win one in the next 7+ months. They are giving away hundreds of thousands in rake by not letting regs buy into satties. I just played the $6 and $15 ones but some guys would just buy right into the bigger ones they are leaving all that money on the table makes no sense it is just making them lose more money.

I can't ever get the jackpots tab to load. Is anyone else having this problem?

What’s the reasoning behind o8/Omaha HU sngs not being available in turbo/reg speed format? Ignition has them, many other sites probably have them as well.

Without having information you have access to, I think the demand for o8 MTTs isn’t correctly aligned with the current o8 MTT schedule. Can you please look into this?

What happens if we stack up multiple satellite tickets but end up only needing one ticket for that event? What happens to the other tickets?

Mainly asking for The Venom but am also curious for other events.

I'd like to keep playing these to have more tickets/bullets for events but I don't want those tickets to be discarded/wasted.

Support said there will be another venom in January it is every 6 months. But you cannot get TBs for extra tickets which seems really stupid, although it will have the benefit of more fish making the target tourney without the regs buying in all the $50 and $200 sattys with cash.

So dont win another ticket before January 21st or so.

I'm not sure I have even crossed your radar as you've ruined my hopes and dreams, but just had to say I don't think theres anyone whose caused me as much distress as you have one there. Your ability to shower me in huge pots late in tournaments is special, and I will truly enjoy the day I get my sweet, sweet revenge on you.

As for your post, couldn't agree more. It makes so much sense to make it the last Sunday of the month that people can prepare for. Keep the steps and even the once a week "final" step, but also have more direct sattys like the $300 that runs sunday morning.

Most importantly though drop the ego of wanting to say 1 million like the leader of the industry is able to do. You only make it less likely you'll get there if you piss off players and cant meet the impossibly high bar you create for yourself. Maybe work on legitimizing the brand so ppl outside of the core poker player demographic know you exist and trust you and build to 1 million. But constantly failing to meet customer expectations is maybe the worst way to grow a business.

Well I just quit this site, not quiting poker, but untill theres a ligit site for Americans im done playing bots and grinders. They recently reversed a withdrawal of mine and then the withdrawal option wouldn't open up. I contacted support and they made me send them proof of address and license since I had recently traveled a bit and my account wasn't using the same IP. So maybe there is some issue that they can resolve.

I bet those games will be reallllly juicy
