Winning_TD do you guys do bug bounties for your client software and/or for your website?

Is there a way to turn off the tournament announcements? I only play cash and on Sundays I feel like one pops up every minute asking me if I want to late reg. It's distracting.

I think that I'm going to feel stupid after this, but here goes:

Except for an occasional freeroll, I haven't played on ACR for over a year because of the lagging and freezing problems. I've been waiting for the lagging and freezing issue to be resolved and it seems that things are working more smoothly now. My problem is that I can't seem to configure ti to find a tournament buy-in higher than 75¢.

The display has three rows of information: poker variants, tournament types, and buy-ins (high/medium/low/micro.

I can't seem to find the right combination to show me tournaments with a buy-in of over a dollar. Currently I have chosen Tourney, Guaranteed and All, and everything is a buy-in of under a dollar.

What am I missing?

Please disregard the above. Now I feel even more stupid. I had my max buy-in set for $1.

Thank you for adding the wednesday 320$ 5 pack satty to the Venom. That's 1 step in the right direction. Downside is that it needs 25 players to start. Without enough presats running on monday-tuesday-wednesday it will problaby not start enough, perhaps every now and then.

I think you are overthinking, I quit OSS, because it just plain annoying when it crashes with a top 10 stack and just get the money back after hours. I've never "lost" money when the servers go down, and if i'm playing $1 It's even less of a deal.

Played with a player named Remoras, it was 100% a bot if you want to investigate

100% a bot is a very bold statement. I will send it over to security as it is always better but what it seems to be me is that anyone that is eastern European gets called a bot for no reason.

I played at Americas card room yesterday. Played 7 hours in a $20 buy in,won $7.Five hours of late registration which seems to be the norm.Of course this is ridiculous but they want to make the guarantee.Every five minutes you get spammed for other tournaments saying last level last chance but when you look there's two hours left..You cant block the announcements..At the end of my tourney they ask me to try and double up even though I didn't check that option,i do it and lose..

I haven't played on ACR in over a year but had some free tourney vouchers and am trying to run it up playing some micro cash.

IF THE SOFTWARE WOULD ACTUALLY WORK PROPERLY.

You load it up. It says configuring for what seems forever. Then when it does log me in i cannot select any of the options to play. Weird thing is sometimes its fine mostly its not. On third re-install in a week. Is there something different i have to do with ACR software with regard to adminy type things in Windows ? Am running Windows 7..

Have never had to re-install with Windows 10. Though I have seen posts where others have.

When was the click to start clock option added for players sitting on in cash games? Not sure how I feel about it. I think I like it.

About 6 months ago they had an update that the endless configuring issue started. I tried everything. The only way I can get it running and play more than one table is to right click icon and 'Run as Administrator'. As long as I do that, I've no issues with tables freezing or the configuring endlessly bug.

I used Teddykgbs mods for ACR software and it always worked great; I use the oasis backgrounds, outlaw cards and FTP avatars. I tried to replace a few avatars with pictures from the internet. I resized them properly and they worked for a day or two. Now the only ones that work are the ones I did not end up replacing myself. Any idea on reasons this may have happened?

One of the themes I used was spongebob, but I doubt that would evoke copy rite issues since it is only seen on my software.

tried that and still doesn't work...that bypasses the configurating bug BUT UNABLE TO SELECT ANYTHING IN THE LOBBY.

I had to fool with which compatibility mode to finally get it going smoothly. I did lose a fair amount of graphic quality in order to get it to run correctly. It's very frustrating.

Hey Winning_td, it would be great if 2fa was available on this site given the stakes available but since that will likely never happen this the bigger issue: when a crypto withdrawal is requested it says an email will be sent to confirm the transaction but it never is. This is a really bad security flaw in which no 2fa exists but also no safeguard exists to make sure that the account holder is the one requesting the withdrawal. A simple email to the account holder when any account-altering change is made is pretty basic stuff honestly, is this too much to ask for? Thanks.

Lots of emails from their domains, and from other gambling sites, get hit with filters. Particularly filters from the main email domains people use nowadays (gmail, yahoo).

That does make sense Kahn, maybe thats what it is. But if thats the case then those emails must be the only ones being filtered out that are sent to me because all other cashier or promotional oriented emails are received just fine.

I played in one of the Venom steps today. It is absolutely ridiculous that you are not able to unregister for the next step if the minimum starting players is met when your tournament finishes. It doesn't start for a minute at least give me the option to unregister during that time!

Why can't you unregister? If you do, a ticket for that exact step is put in your ticket manager. The higher steps take a long time to go off and usually only during peak hours.

Once the step finished, the next one started right up. Only gave me take my seat option in the lobby. This happened for the first 3 Steps...
