I think it's unfair to throw blanket statements out. There are going to be bots and other forms of cheating; hopefully ACR can form some type of policy to address these issues with a level of transparency. It's part of the online poker ecosystem and ACR has a responsibility to route it out. We should be providing feedback in a responsible way to help improve and create more enhancements for the players.
I have always believed that ACR has such a significant opportunity and continue to feel that way. They really need to think hard about the future and find a way to win more players. I think the reputation of the site needs to include in the mainstream poker community. Maybe I'm being ignorant but if you find away to recruit some reputable names in poker and overcome the past issues the possibilities are great.

I personally think the same, about poker (online or live) in general. However, it isn't a reasonable argument to say that because there is no evidence then everything must be honky dory. That is essentially the same argument as, "How did this Universe come to be?" To which one could reply, "Idk, God?"
What I mean is that it is oftentimes the response that you cannot assert there is something afoul with a negative, i.e. there is cheating going on, but, "unsubstantiated evidence" makes it so the proposer carries the burden of proof. But if you assert the opposite, it is in essence the same exact thing - an assertion of a negative. Because we don't see that there are euro bot rings going on doesn't mean that there isn't and to assert it as so, should be substantiated with the same burden of proof.
