The personal info Blockchain is now requesting was not required when I downloaded my wallet. I logged into Blockchain this week for the first time in several months, and was also asked about personal info due to new services they are offering. I declined to provide, which in no way effects my wallet use. My primary wallet is now Electrum, though Mycelium is a choice of many also. These are personal wallets completely under your control, the same as Blockchain. Personal info is not a requirement. It's YOUR wallet. No one else has access to it or controls it. So no need to divulge personal info to anyone when downloading/opening a PERSONAL wallet.

Hi All -

I posted a little while back on ACR and being a little frustrated as well as sharing some of the things I would like to see on the site; feel free to refer back to that post if you have interest.

In my opinion; it's not quite as bad as everyone posts on the forum. A little feedback on some of the concerns:

- Deposits - I have never had an issue with this one; my verification was a fairly quick process and customer service was very helpful. I suggest getting yourself a Netspend Visa Card as it's been easy for me the first time around. I actually have been using my AMEX to make bigger deposits.


- Payouts - Although I don't have any experience one; although I have to actually make a withdrawal at the end of the month because I have way too much money in there right now. That being said; it seems to be a non-issue; I typically go with a check which has worked historically on Bovada and others. Although it's a decent chunk of change; half of it is profit and the other half is depositing enough to play as high as I want. I bring that up just in case I have issues with the withdrawals down the road!


- Traffic - I pay any stake NL-Cash and I don't know of a better site to play on? I don't know of a site that has higher stakes?


-Rake & Rackback - Seems good to me; but I don't know what to expect?

- Overall - As I pointed out on my previous post; it would be nice if ACR could work with either someone like Joey Ingram, a well respected player/person, or some high volume players on the site to address the issues they could really put themselves in a nice place in the US and other markets.

I'm just really confused on the lack of effort on their part on this one. It's actually insane to me. But I can't pretend to be an expert here; it just seems like a lost opportunity to become a site where the recreational players can have fun, young/old players can aspire to move up in stakes, and pro's can grind out a living at the lower stakes or be a Rockstar of the higher stakes.

To me; those are the (3) most important aspects/silos of the poker economy. It would be amazing if we saw ACR turn this ship around and make online poker great again.

Does anyone have a solution for the blurry interface on WPN's jackpot SNGs. It literally is so bad compared to the regular interface of normal tables.

This is the difference between the two tables. The first set of cards is on jackpot tables and the second is on any other regular table.

It is hurting my eyes to play and I can't figure out any solution. The settings to change cards doesn't change the cards for the jackpot tables. I don't know what the strategy is here for WPN, but this needs to be addressed. I asked others on the jackpots and they all said the same thing, it was blurry and hurt their eyes. Can we please get a fix or update or something we can do for this?

Any info on how to get rakeback? I read you had the option between the VIP and RB and I don't see the option.

I'd pm the reps here as I think they check them and e-mail support as well.

It does not exist on the website anywhere. You need to create an account, contact support, ask for rakeback, wait a few days/week, and voila.

Alternatively you can create a rakeback account directly at an affiliate website that offers rakeback to its players. These accounts have rakeback live from the moment they are created.

Ya that has been broken for like a year. Even the WPN rep told us to do that and 100 of us said it doesn't work and that was all she wrote from WPN talking about it so it's permanent as far as I'm concerned. When I'm done a session I don't even close tables I just sit out and exit from the task manager cuz of that broken feature.

I never got my tourney entry (tourney bucks) for last week either and I am on my 8th reply to support trying to get them to understand what I'm talking about. I even included pictures and these guys can't grasp what I am saying - that or its an act/stall tactic to get me to just give up.

I'm sure they try to discourage it but it has been mentioned several times in this thread which is how I found out about it. All the kids are doing it.

After you qualify for the satty, register for it manually before they try to award you the entry (usually on Tuesdays). Then when they try to enter you, it fails because you are already registered, so they give you $55 tourney bucks instead. After the tourney bucks show up, be sure to un-register and get your other $55 back.

is their casino governed by anyone or are they just allowed to scam at will??
