Beast is a joke as only way to get hands in to qualify is to play freaking every table, sng, and mtts, and cash 25nl-600nl all at the same time.

Im timing out of all my tables after finally running deep again and building a big stack, spending my day trying to make a buck and yet again having potential wins thwarted by the same garbage that has happened countless times. Man I sure wish I can get a piddly refund!

Same here keep timing out of everything and only have 3 tables running.

I have been playing since 4 today with no issues, and have not had a single issue in about a week now I guess.

So much this. Action has really dropped off in the past 2 weeks, I suppose it no longer being winter can account for some people not playing much but there was barley any tables running the past couple of nights even at prime time.

There's no question that traffic has trailed off across all networks a bit now that the nice weather is finally here. At the same time, WPN does appear to be taking it's own unique hit. Personally, I've never understood why someone with other options puts in a ton of volume here but I'm also only playing 25NL and understand that people who play mid and high stakes qualify for rewards and rakeback that I don't.

Im absolutely disgusted with this place and will never play here again.

There have been multiple times where I have had deep runs in tournaments, which would make my month or make up for past months of badruns and each time I have been shafted by the connection issues (not to mention the other times where I build big stacks pre reg ending and the connection issues happen). As an example, last night I was 5/100 in the 7500gtd and then started timing out on all of my tables (I also had decent stacks going in multiple others). After about an hour of closing/restarting and talking to the incompetent chat I was able to continue play and found myself to be 35/41 with around 11BB. Before DC I had 50+BB.

I cannot comprehend how this is acceptable. The times where I lose I lose. I take it. I understand it as part of the game. However, the times where I have a chance to win I also lose, is not part of the game.

Them offering a refund is a spit in the face. Them closing the site down for a month on end to fix these issues and then coming right back with the same is a showing of complete ignorance or crafty manipulation idk which.

I imagine a mix of the warmer weather coupled with people being hesitant to put in any sort of volume. I don't think I've touched an MTT on ACR in the last two weeks. Just waiting to see how things pan out for folks while I ride the rail.

I don't understand how any of you play MTTs on this site. Cash it's whatever, lag, dissconnect I can just wait and load up tables when the site works again. If you play MTT/SNGs on this site you really only have yourself to blame. This has been going on for longer than the 2 years I've been playing here and if you expect a Stars like room then you didn't study up on this room enough. Play cash games or you will regret it at ACR.

I've been playing on this site for 3 years and barely have any problems. The times I do it's because either my internet sucks (my fault) or their site is down (which they refund) I don't see a problem.

It's a side effect of the US market right now. If you're a tournament player (I'm not at this point) you basically have to play on WPN or you can't get access to either of or the right kind of tournaments. I agree with you that at a certain point what's obvious is obvious but it's not as simple as "just don't play here". Hopefully WPN gets their act together or another network sees an opening and jumps at the opportunity.

Playing in the $11 $7.5k right now and a donkament PLO MTT. No issues for the last 90 minutes and everyone is connected. So far so good.

I was tempted to play today, but I didnt and I wont ever risk my money with these fools again.

So you can call it what you want and try to deflect what is actually going on here by labeling it as "drama," while continuing to shrug off the real issue. But the fact of the matter is that they are messing with peoples money and it simply is not acceptable. IMO anyone who condones what they do is just as culpable. Twitch streamers or people who advertise for them are equally to blame, in the same way Team Pros dismiss rake hikes.

People play this game for a living and when a company takes your money and doesn't provide a service that was part of the deal, then that is lying. It is an injustice and it is immoral. Whether or not they have bots on their site, teams of colluders (which I have seen first hand in SnG formats) or consistently failing servers, which prohibit people from realizing their $equity deep in tournaments, it is wrong.

Imagine if you went to a live event, played through a field of 600+ people, were a top 5 stack with 100 people left and after grinding all day for this tournament they up and said hey you Table 4 Seat 5 get up you have to come outside for an hour while everyone blinds you out. Oh and here is a refund. Better luck next time!

The games only suck at small stakes because of all the rakeback grinding beast nits. Midstakes+ has always been good on WPN.

My experience is minimal; just playing this ACR in parallel with other sites when I am in need of a change of scene or pace. Started two months ago so this DDOS was about all I have seen. However the tournaments I have played have worked and I am looking to increase my volume.

The last 18 months I have had issues with Pokerstars too so I can't say ACR is worse.

Let me give you three good reasons for the lack of players on the last two weeks:

1 - some of us are TIRED of this bull**** pokerROOM showing NO RESPECT to players. I mean, you can argue you are "under attack" but when your site is down and all you do is TWIT about (shady) promotions, that is called being an idiot. Also, there is the issue (EVEN MORE IMPORTANT) about doing NOTHING ABOUT bots and other security issues. I really hope this site goes down and the owner gets fcked in all the ways possible. Yes - In that way as well...

2 - Some of us are now ready to leave this ****ty site, "us" being "Portugal, Spain, France" (and soon Italy)since we now have FINALLY a shared market (since last week).

3 - Some of us are doing what we can to let people know this joke company deserves ZERO RESPECT....

I would say that someone having his income snatched away due to site malfunction is a pretty dramatic event. How would you feel about going to a workplace which randomly cut the size of your paycheck from time to time?

One of the reasons I like having poker as my job is because I can work extra hours if I want to make more money. There aren't very many "real jobs" where I can work a 55-hour week to make more money whenever I feel like it.

I've devoted only about 75 hours to poker this month. I played on another site and I did a lot of studying. I played just 4 hours on ACR, checking it out a couple times to see if it's safe to play there (not yet obviously.) I'm a deepstack specialist, but that's going to have to wait until I feel safe playing on ACR for eight (or more) straight hours.

Here's a story about the right way to handle this:

Once upon a time, Holdem Manager went down and there was a huge freakout, bigger than the one on here. After what seemed like forever to the players, it eventually came back up.

The CEO handled the fallout personally. He put out a video where he said it was a server crash. He apologized to all of the players for the pain that had been caused. He also apologized for how long it took to get the servers up, he said that this had never happened before and he would do his best to see that it never happened again.

The Holdem Manager servers were down for one hour.

It's Memorial Day weekend... only the most degen of degens are playing right now.
