To anyone here that plays say 10 or more tables, does anyone always have lagging? Whenever i get to 12 tables or more, there is a lot of lagging where its basically almost unplayable. I use HEM and Tabletamer.


Im curious if anyone here 12 tables or more without any issues on their computer? Once its around 18 tables or so, it freezes so much to the point where its not playable. So im curious if anyone else has these issues. Im wondering if its the software itself or is it holdem manager or tabletamer?

I get message when i try to open bcp


you are using an old version of the software. Please close the app and start it again in order to autoupdate it. If you still have problems, download client fromt he download page on our web site.



Anyone here having this message? And if so is it related to the issues right now or do i have to download the software again from the site.

Bump anyone could log into wpn now? And do i need to download bcp from the website because of that message i got? It also shows a long error history report and ask if you want to send the report and i just clicked on no.


I have that message everytime i try to open bcp.

u r going to have to do a fresh uninstall/reinstall which probably wont even solve the problem. U will in fact prob have to buy RevoPro(https://www.revouninstaller.com/). uninstall blackchip with that program and then "search" for any traces left behind, I recommend using the "advanced" search or sweep for traces, then delete all the traces of BCP it finds, it will find some. then download and install BCP again and it will prob function better than ever. WPN ****ing sucks

G Willy, currently offering RevoPro for 6 months free, steal(this program has fixed mad probs for me with poker software, notably WPN the most frequently)

they still aren't batting an eye to the Milly overlays, another 170k overlay yesterday, Phil just dusting it off his shoulder like he's Jay-Z

Im confused. Why would the uninstall and reinstall not work?


So anyone that has this issue could not get bcp or acr to work again without buying that program you mention? This applies to all the wpn skins right?


So the issue im having and the message with the logged files had many players not being able to log into their wpn accounts etc? Someone mentioned there is some software issue now. So can others confirm here they can log into it right now or not. If not, i will uninstall and reinstall. And do i need to send the logged information client and click on it?

Also those people who receive the send logged message and cannot even start up bcp or acr, did you guys had to install that program p2 mentioned? Also i had tons of freezing recently there so that is the reason why i have this message? I use holdem manager and Tabletamer and there is always lot of freezing and lagging.


But i want to make sure this isn't a wpn temporary software issue as someone mention there was updates recently as mentioned? Can others tell me if they could log into wpn now?

Since there has been an update of the ACR client since this posting, I thought I would investigate the 20 char password limit once more to see if they fixed the bug of not accepting a 20 char password. First issue was that I could not find a way to reset your password once logged in. In the account info page there is a button for it, but it was grayed out.

So I just used the "Forgot password" link on the login page and was emailed a reset passord link. I then changed my password from 19 chars to 20 chars (which I had been using successfully for years). After doing this I was able to successfully log in. So they have fixed the bug they introduced an update or so back ...

It certainly appears to be a programming error [off-by-one] that caused the error message, but that gives one pause that about the quality of their both their software and the QA dept!

Has anyone else out there with a 20 character password had the same issue?

I had it happen for about 10 minutes. Tries another skin and it opened right up, when I went back to ACR it opened too. Not sure there is a connection other than it might have terminated something that had been running during the auto restart.

I spoke with a supervisor the development team is working on remedying this problem. I am also suffering from same exact problem

i get the problem all the time(after updates), which is exactly why i suggested what i did. I just logged into True Poker, no probs. u can be patient and wait and hope it gets fixed(i assure you it won't be fixed for sure), or u can do as i suggested and use Revo to uninstall and then reinstall and i assure you the problem will be fixed.

I have gotten the problem before too and it has been fixed in the past. I'm sure that's a good solution if you need to get up and going right away/don't want to deal with an ongoing timetable.

No I did none of the above honestly. I talked with another player to confirm it wasn't an isolated issue and then reached out to one of my contacts.

Hi there. Okay so install the program you mentioned. Then uninstall bcp using that program? Then download bcp and install it like normal correct? That way there are no traces of the old bcp which is why im having these issues?


However don't you need to save all your settings etc? And if so how do i do this?


I think i might just wait a bit. But are you sure it won't be fixed for sure? If thats the case, then how do players on wpn even play then when they have this message?

waiting isnt a bad idea. But I like Revo in the sense u get a completely new fresh install. The program simply works. It gets rid of everything! then u download BCP from BCP url and it's as good as new. Using the method I suggested, yes, your BCP settings would all revert to default.

Well i don't mind waiting a bit if it later fixes the issue itself. But i wanted to know if this issue does resolve itself when wpn makes the right updates?
