Im confused. Why would the uninstall and reinstall not work?
So anyone that has this issue could not get bcp or acr to work again without buying that program you mention? This applies to all the wpn skins right?
So the issue im having and the message with the logged files had many players not being able to log into their wpn accounts etc? Someone mentioned there is some software issue now. So can others confirm here they can log into it right now or not. If not, i will uninstall and reinstall. And do i need to send the logged information client and click on it?

Also those people who receive the send logged message and cannot even start up bcp or acr, did you guys had to install that program p2 mentioned? Also i had tons of freezing recently there so that is the reason why i have this message? I use holdem manager and Tabletamer and there is always lot of freezing and lagging.
But i want to make sure this isn't a wpn temporary software issue as someone mention there was updates recently as mentioned? Can others tell me if they could log into wpn now?
