Logged on today and all my notes seem to have disappeared. Don't remember the software updating or anything, but my computer did crash from a power outage the last time I was logged on. Is this a known issue, and if so, is there any way to recover my notes?

Yeah this has happened to me many times, that's why I back up my notes a few times a week. And there is no way to recover them on their end, but you maybe able to run a system recovery on your computer and get them back.

Has anyone who has played a lot here noticed that the board pairs on the flop way more then it should? I have played millions of hands online and it is impossible not to notice a difference in frequency of this. I am not accusing it of being rigged but this is a definite pattern I have noticed and am wondering if anyone else has noticed this as well. Thanks

I would estimate I have played 300-400 HU sit and gos. I dont have exact numbers because Sharkcope and Holdem Manger do not work for this site.

What's the deal with this? Can the rep confirm there actually IS a debit card and maybe it just takes a long time for the paperwork to be processed and for you to receive it? I've also been waiting a bit and everytime I contact ACR they say they have forwarded my documents, they will take $25 out of my account to start a balance on the card and I should be receiving it in the mail but it's yet to happen. Would appreciate a little more insight on this if possible.

I have been trying to log in, and have been unable to since last night. Today I am getting an error message that says, "Error while loading resources". Last night it kept saying that only one client can be running at a time, or something like that. I had been playing earlier in the night and closed the client, then tried to open it again and kept getting that message.

Anyways, I uninstalled and reinstalled the poker client, and it is working fine now, well, except for the lag.

Hi, I decided to make a deposit on ACR today. a small $50 dollar deposit as that is all I could afford.

Before depositing i contacted support and told them that before Playing i needed ALL CASINO GAMES to be banned no my account for life they stated it was not a problem and it would be taken care of.


Went to WU made a $50 dollar deposit....Got home played some 5 cent 10 cent cash games. Very shortly after I went on tilt and went to check out casino games *which should have been bocked* they were not and I proceeded to lose my bankroll.


I think that ACR is resonsible for this becuase before even depositng i specifcaly asked that all casino games be banned and was assured they would be.


I will now be contacting western union and telling them the name i sent to is collecting gambling monies which is against their tos.

I will be contacting their gaming comission if i can find out who it is.

If you ran it upto $1,000,000 and had it confiscated when you tried to cash out would your reaction be yeah I asked for those games to be blocked and I shouldn't have been able to win the monies, you can take it back no problem?

Look "BRAH" im not complaining im simply notifying others of their antics, and trying to find out who their gaming comission is so I can write a detailed message to them explaining the details. I asked that games be closed BEFORE allowing me to play, therefore once my money was in my account I figured they had done what they said they would. This was not the case and on tilt i lost my bankroll.

For complaining and asking who their gaming comission is I have been banned from ACR. I'm sure their gaming comission would love to know that any "threats" to go to the gaming comission will be dealt with by a ban.

Threats won't get you anywhere, on no poker site. So if their Gaming Commission doesn't do anything, you also gonna threaten them as well? By the way, how do you know that your account was banned and not just suspended to disable all casino games? On almost all sites the casino stuff can't be disabled when you are still logged in and active.
