I've closed the client and reopened a lot, I've logged out and back in a lot, nothing works. Started probaby 18 hours ago and still hasn't fixed itself. Not a big deal as I have until the end of the month to get it figured out, but I do like to refresh it a lot to see how many points I earned in a session.

Also, is there going to be a FPP store anytime soon where I can turn my points into cash or iPod's or something? Because I've racked up quite a few, but I don't think they have any value other than for satellites which if won don't offer the ability to unregister, so right now they're pretty useless.
Please clear your cache and try again. Let me know if that works!

Also, the store will come with the loyalty program. ETA: Beginning of next year.

I'm having the same error message with the free parking through the lobby, cleared cache/restarted comp etc. and I am still receiving the same error message.

What browser do you use? As far as I know the free parking "window" is connected to Internet Explorer and you have to turn off auto caching in the default settings of IE. That worked for me.

Normally use chrome for everything but doyles links to my IE, the problem just started early this morning.

Disabled auto cache, no luck

Also FWIW, the 'rb' link works fine in the same window but click the free parking and it gives error

im interested in signing up if yall could offer 6 seated double or nothing tournaments. the current 12 person double or nothing sit and go's with an 800 chip starting stack is honestly not attractive to a grinder like me. In my opinion it should be 6max games and 10 seated games with a 1500 starting stack and blinds in the area of 10/20 15/30 25/50 50/100 etc etc etc. i just find the current game selection and structure somewhat odd. i believe if it was a more traditional stack and structure they would run alot more during the day. also with more buyin options, $1 $2 $3 $5 $10 $20 $30 $50 $80 $100 merge lost alot of don traffic due to their removal of the 6max games so i believe there is a nice market for dons and i for one would love to grind them all day as proof being a former 6max don grinder myself. with a wide range in buyins, traditional starting stack and a decent blind structure they would offer options to many players and generate alot of rake in my opinion. if these games were offered i would be more than happy to join your network and leave merge due to the fact your cashout options include a debit card and also because 6max dons are no longer available. i would like to grind 6max aswell as 10 man, not just 10man. heres my $10 6max don graph up until they were taken away from the merge network

as you can see not being able to grind 6max games hurts me alot, i would love to be a reg at americas cardroom! this could be a win win for the both of us

No the loyalty program is still foreseen for December, but the store is planned for early 2012 and depends on how smooth everything else gets implemented. So the store may or may not be available in 2011 already.

Hmm that is definitely odd, will ask and keep you posted as soon as I hear back. I know there was a glitch in the rewards tab a week ago when it didn't update the FPP's properly, but that was fixed one day later.

@ ACR Rep:

Hi, I live in SC and have a Green Card. Will I get in trouble if I play on your site or not? Can I use my credit card to deposit money or is that against the law?

I'm still getting the error tab on free parking. The rakeback option works, but free parking still has the error message. I use Google Chrome as my default browser, but I noticed ACR uses IE. I clearled my cache on both browsers and it still doesn't work. Is it working for anyone?

It works for me and I have Mozilla as default browser. The Free Parking in the Rewards tab works fine, but if I click on the extra link left of Rakeback it shows me my FPP for Free Parking from last month now

FWIW mine has not been working since Tuesday. I was able to collect my $5 free parking just fine, then after that it started giving me grief. I emailed support last night and they assured me it's been fixed. I haven't had a chance to login yet to check it.

It's probably been mentioned already, but the more clear and reliable your site is for U.S. players to withdraw and deposit, the more of us you would get to sign up. We are obviously a bit gun-shy after the events of Black Friday. Not to be rude or anything, I'm just stating likely what a lot of us feel.

You may also understand that given the aftermath of Black Friday and all its consequences, it is not possible anymore to be as transparent and processing has become by far more difficult. Not just the players are gun-shy, the poker sites as well ...

i think the id rather have the poker site be more discrete about its methods than outright about them at the moment. I personally like how no poker sites are directly processing anything to and from a bank for US players. As long as we know time frames and fees up front then I am fine with not knowing how the processing is going on.

Keeping them safe and less chance of the DoJ going after them.

I think ACR debit card idea is pretty slick, they deposit money into a debit card that is another bank, then that company moves money into your account, there for loop holeing the law. at least in my mind.

Does Americas card room allow player to player transfers? Cause I dont see any one trading ACR money. Also what is the easiest way to deposit?

Im sorry but why are americans taking such huge risks by putting their money on sites when the doj froze millions? Every site that has a forum on here has people complaining of 2 months waiting on a check only for it to bounce? When i play at a casino it takes the cashier 3 minutes tops to hand over CASH. Are there any good experiences with ACR yet? Please post good news if there is any.
Ps. Ive never seen a dealer crash before.

Because they've decided the risk is worth it?

Yup, sounds about right. Glad to hear your local casinos are working as they should.

Of course, cashing out online remains slower than players might like and not entirely without risk for Americans on many sites. However, it appears that problems people have are resolved as they come up; I don't see anyone posting in here that they have been completely unable to get their money.

What makes ACR different than the big sites that have been seized? Why are they not at risk of being seized tomorrow?
[WPN] Americas Cardroom, BCP, TruePoker Ex-Official Discussion Thread Quote

"They" can't be seized. Their domain names could be, but in this case they already have been. Money in processor accounts could be of course, and it's entirely possible that has happened in the past and they've carried on anyway. Presumably they spread money around or have other ways to avoid that eventuality as best they can, but sadly there are no guarantees.

I assume you say their (ACR) domain has already been seized because this "was" doyles room? Correct? Where are the funds for DR? Have those players got their money frozen as well?

What? No. ACR is a rebranding of Doyle's; nothing happened to anyone's money. You think maybe this thread might be a little hostile if it had?

I may have actually made a mistake in the case of ACR; I think they still have their .com name. But some of the other Yatahay skins like True and Doyle's had their .com names seized and just moved over to .eu and carried on. This was several months ago, and didn't force a name change by Doyle's.
