What is party/bwin doing against this?

Also a smarter reg who can do some programming can easily make his own "party/bwin poker catcher". Just 'hide' the process by using an already existing program alias like for example 'photoshop.exe' or an other well know program to hide the capturing/handreading software(because i know pokerstars for example does tasklist/process scanning).

If they then also create a converter for this data they can still use hm or pt without getting caught!

What about this Colette, how is bwin handling this? Are they aware of this? I don't want to play other regs having an edge like this against me!

At least read last 2 pages. It worked in beginning after update, then they fixed it, and now it will never work again.

Do you know why it's possible to put yourself up on table specific waitlists on Bwin, but not on PartyPremium (only some kind of global waitlist there)?

Most stuff in it seems to be working fine for tiling tables and removing annoying popups (but I don't use their betpot or stacking or anything too advanced).

They aren't banning any software. If they were, they'd be saying so. They are just making it impossible for some programs to work, like TST, currently at least.

Hud's won't work even if hand import doens't work, i guess(am not able to test this now, but guess hud won't start or detect client).

i am not posting here but this issue affect me really hard so i got to write something

the changes are making playing on the party poker impossible for any reg players, i understand fighting against hand mining / seat scripters / bumhunters but what you have done will just kill party poker at all

u already had barely any action at plo omaha and as for me as a pro player i rather spend my time playing more tables than watching tables and hoping there is a free space on one of them for me to join

if party poker only had good marketing and good managers they would be easily major poker room and your actions in the last 2 years or so are just making the party poker "this funny room where nothing works, there are crushes all the time, rb is low, rake is high" and nobody will change their attitude

you are talking about poker economy and all this funny stuff but it is party poker who has most fishes and that is because you are making environemnt so player-unfriendly that only people using your other branches will play at party poker

if this is your goal then well done but your rake revenue will drop for 90% and not for 20% as you propably assume

I hope they update/improve the notetaking of bwin client. Never had do download/save my notes, but hope if no hud will work, they make this option available(like in ps i think).

I also think crying about downloadable hands wont help. They clearly said they want sites like pokertableratings/sharkscope NOT being able to track. So we can't download, simple as that.

This is not crying, players just saying their opinions. As you can see you are 1 out of 20 people maybe that is not against hud/hm2 usage. We are consumers, and as any bussiness model PartyPoker must listen to our "crying" because there is always another product on the market.

So you can see how are changes like this influenses traffic (so as profit). As example Full Tilt made some similar changes + changes to rakeback. From 4th place on the market (or even 3rd) they are now on 9th. Party falling from top-4 also to the 7th place this year with just changing rakeback system + all those software problems.

Party is my fav pokersite, i will not lie but those changes will be the last nail into their grave. They will be not even top-10 pokersite. I just cant see any logic at those changes, they have possibilities to do their move while all the market is struggling right now but PP cant even hire good customer services department workers while people saying them about it for years now (except Colette, she is always fully helpful). They have a plan to convert PP to small ball pokersite with low traffic maybe, I dunno. Anyway I wish only the best to Party because that is the site where I grow up as player. But.. rip in pepperonis.

I think all major sites will introduce these kind of pokerecology-improvements within the coming year (at the latest). Poker is one of the few industries in which You can make fun of your customers and still have them use your service. It will only get worse and worse, next year no rakeback at all for sure lol. Players need to pool together and set up a non profit world conquering mother of all sites, make it happen!
