could you eventually get rid of this "disconnecting you for your own security"-thing? It's completely unnecessary and I'm sure 100% of party-customers hate this nice little feature of yours. hasn't been mentioned in a while

btw if you sit out in a mtt and don't get the "I'm back" button, close the table, search yourself in the tournament lobby and boom you get the button (and you can even click it) kinda hard when playin many tables though

Maybe in your next reply you could finally address the freerolling that Party does when a rogue account (stolen credit card, for example) plays. I know this has been hidden behind months of segregation boo-hoo, but I believe people are interested in what's your reasoning to freeroll on honest players' monies.

I think it's now one extra click to do it with the new software than it was previously too, but not 100% sure on that.

As I mentioned before, I sat with those accounts on two tables as third player and tried to sit in&out as quickly as posssible just to see A) how fast they are in terms of clicking in&out (= insanely fast), B) if he will ever accept SB 3way (didn't happen) or C) how long will it take him to give in and leave table (pretty quickly actually even though the other player was a whale).

Absolutely.

I bought a 6.000point bonus and cancelled it immediatelly (after seeing how unclearable it was). Support said the points would be credited back manually. 1 month after they still said it was being processed. Now it's been 2 months and still nothing.

It's also been almost a year that I'm constantly trying to receive a full playing audit of my account (which the competition software lets you get through the software in just 4-clicks). About 30 e-mails were exchanged and still nothing (it's hilarious that they keep sending me hand histories or broken files). The playing activity feature on the website is broken and shows blank records on a lot of periods I have played. And the list goes on...

Also, it's unbelievably naive the way they think the segregated tables are a success just because rec players are playing more hands. Despite having a good point, that's so shallow thinking.

After fully reading the thread, I'm going all-in shorting Bwin.Party's stocks. Unless a lot changes, there's no way the Poker business of this company survives. gl to me.
