No, that's not all you were "just telling"; you claimed that 2+2 servers were based in the UK, which is completely incorrect.

So what is this last sentence supposed to mean? Are you now claiming that 2+2 is paying posters to post positive things about sites? That poker sites are? If you're claiming either (or both) of those things, do you have some evidence of this?
I dont think stars needs to pay people to post about party, not even stars would probably imagine how badly party has butchered things haha.

I recently joined partypoker to try and win a WPT Montreal Satellite. I decided to play a 6man $22 SNG, and after there were only three people left, i realized the other two players were the same person. The big stack dumped his chips repeatedly to the small stack, keeping each other equal and making it very difficult for me to play against them. I eventually became short stacked and placed third.

This was easily the most obvious example of collusion/multiaccounting I've ever seen. After I was eliminated, they went all in with their two random hands to finish the tournament off.

While the SNG was happening, I contacted partypoker via live chat and told them that I was currently being cheated out of my money. They said they'd investigate.

Since I am 100% sure that I have proof of cheating, I asked them what will happen if they decide it was indeed collusion. I was told that they "can't tell me anything".

I asked if I would be notified after the investigation, they said I "might be".

In my opinion, they have already handled this horribly regardless of the outcome. I wonder if they are really investigating, if I have a chance at being refunded, or if the cheater will be banned. It appears to be the standard at partypoker to treat your customers with zero respect, so I have stopped playing until they at least respond to my email.

@knight- regarding what happened in your case i can say that Partypoker is not Pokerstars in this situation. I reported also a collusion and answers were same as you received but finnally i get an answer after one month and something that they can proove nothing .

I reported them for a year, they are still there. You will get NO refund from party. Only solution is not playing SNG anymore.

Lol and Jeffrey Haas (seems to be a Dutch name), Haas is a fast rabbit. If people have done something wrong there is a saying that those people say: "mijn naam is haas" (my name is haas/ fast rabbit) because they run away.. I think they made that Haas name on purpose..

Second: My advice for PP is to fire all the ppl that work in the live chat. What are they doing all days? I had so many lol moments over the last week trying to solve this matter, different solutions and answers on the same matter. Half of them just disconnect me or left the chat when they started to get lost, and none of them(atleast 5) came back in 24h with an answer as they promised.
Live Chat people are there, to lure you into deposit more. Not to solve problems.

Or pretend they no nothing about what's going or denying any responsibility. (Ik weet van niks.)

Is als :"Mijn naam is Haas, Jeffrey Haas"
It's like : "My name is Hare, Jeffrey Hare"

It's not really translatable according to dictionary.

Task Manager shows that PartyGaming is taking up 40-55% of CPU, but I can't do anything - as usual.

Really odd problem for me, got booted off about 6 tournaments and try to log on it says, "Excuse us, we seem to have technical issue. Please launch the client again." Been 1:15, gone through support, reinstalls, reconnection, tried a second computer, nothing has worked. Never had this type of problem before at all. Running 4 other sites without issues.

Basically tried logging on couple days ago and the program kept freezing at unsername/password section. Emailed customer service and they told me to uninstall, did that and now when I try to install its stuck at 0%. I now have to resort to playing through Internet Explorer. Customer service has been very helpful granted, even calling me and assisting me. Has anyone recently had this problem and can they assist me. I did everything the customer service team told me to do and im still stuck at 0% maybe someone here knows something they dont...greatly appreciated

when u uninstalled, did u remove partygaming folder and registry keys as well?

Quote:
To delete the PartyPoker entries from your Windows Registry:

1. Click on Start and select Run (if you don't see the run command just
press simultaneously the Windows button and the letter R on your
keyboard)
2. In the field type regedit and click on Ok
3. Double click on HKEY_CURRENT_USER to open a submenu with a list of
folders
4. Double click on Software to open another submenu with a list of
folders
5. Locate the folder PartyGaming and delete it

Please keep in mind that it is very important that you delete only this
folder and nothing else, as this could affect your computer performance.

when party starts lagging hard (using like 20% of cpu) just restart it - it seems to fix the problem for me and goes back to using 1-3%.....its just funny how ****ty this software is and how we have to go through this to play on their site

I've tried uninstalling in an attempt to fix my lag issues by uninstalling the software, deleting registry settings, and deleting the PartyGaming folder. However, after re-installing I see that party still auto remembers my password... is it storing this information in a cookie or something? It makes me think I'm not fully uninstalling.

PMed Rainbow Warrior with the names so hopefully he can check their detailed sharkscope data.
I have to give credit to Party's security department with regard to investigating these players: they've been very receptive overall and even phoned me up twice regarding their progress!

The one problem I did run into that's probably worth mentioning here, is that you now need to send security emails to info@partypoker.com and NOT to alerts@partypoker.com as I have in the past (I see the Party website makes no mention of alerts@partypoker.com now too). This might explain why some people here think they've been ignored in the past when reporting security issues.
