nope there wasn't. It seems to be offical they even changed the name of the tab from cash and bonuses to bonuses (before when you clicked the cash,bonuses&entries tab in point store there were two sub-tabs 1.cash and bonuses and 2. tournament entries, now you have 1.bonuses and 2.tournament entries).

BTW I just don't get why there is 3k bonus that gives you 30% rakeback and 5k bonus that gives you 25% unless I am missing something ang=d it is insta cash rather than bonus??

It looks like regs who took the cash bonus early and took their cash and play elsewhere like Dubnjoy000 did the right thing. Party is trying to force players who have ~20K points to keep playing or get back to Palladium in order to get the 30% poker bonus. Are there any higher rakeback rewards than the poker bonuses with 4%, 8% or 11% back?

Funny how there is no games running (nl1k) before afternoon Eu time if certain regs including me won't sit and start games against each other. I've noticed huge drop in tables last 2 weeks since Ive basically stopped playing on party.

I've no intention to rake 5 figs per month to this site who doesn't give a flying **** about their most raking customers. No promotions, crap RB, no games unless it's few regs who start and wait till the scripters join in.

Hope everyone else does the same until party realizes how stupid they are.

I have a problem with my Party poker client. In the last 3 hours of play the client has shut itself down four times in the middle of my session and without me doing anything in particular. Its like something in Windows or a firewall interferes with it. What are the most common reasons for this to happen? I'm running Windows 7, regular windows firewall and Microsoft Security Essentials.

last month it was 15k Insta Cash for 100000PP. WTF ? why they ve changed it to bonus ??? Without any notification...

Another member wrote a few days ago that he also had problems caused by Microsoft Security Essentials.
I had problems with Bitdefender 2013.

Try running the client with your IS Suit turned off.
Then try again but just turn the firewall on, usually it's not the Firewall problem.
Then you might have to change you IS Suit or find with options you have to change that don't interfere with Partypoker Lobby.

I think these problems are some sort of protection from the Partypoker software as the Antivirus is trying to access and scan Partypoker files.

I know what they think when they read this thread. They think "no surprise that regs are not happy, we don't want to cater our site to them. We want to get a lot of recreational players on the site that will keep depositing for a long time"

What they don't realize is:

1 - Poker is a game of skill. This is not roulette. There will always be one player better than the other. If you manage to get rid of the current regs, then the players that take poker a little more seriously but are currently break-even will become the sharks and eventually they will be earning more money with poker than with their jobs and will quit the job to play poker full-time, which is exactly the same thing that happened with most current regs.

2 - Regs keep the games going. They play thousands of hands every month and because of that a recreational player can login and have a very large variety of games to choose from.They can play at many different cash games stakes, or play tournaments with large prize pools or choose a SNG. If there were no regs they would login and see a VERY limited number of tables running and decide to go play elsewhere.

I think there's still time for Party to turn thing around because they still have a lot of players on the network but they need to act quick.

saw a t-shirt being advertised for -80% so checked it out

the shirt costs 205 partypoints for palladiums which is $30.75 compared to the $3000 bonus. did it used to cost 1025pp or $153.75 ? :/

Seems no more trust to what party_reps are saying to players?

I can see that the main problem is again not notifying players before these changes. The same way like it was with segregating pool.
If people knew that, they would change points to cash before June-13th. Because we all know what is happening when u r clearing the big bonus.

If you have more than 20k points, buy $3k bonus/-es asap imo. It may be just the matter of few hours until they change it to 2k bonus which gives 20%...

btw: they changed clearing requirements for bonuses too...

It used to be 5% of bonus price per chunk (25%) and now it's 6.25% for the $5k bonus (31.25%) and even 7% for the $15k bonus (35% of the whole bonus). Well played PP!

The 3k 30% bonus is the "value" shot. Looking at the table as a whole, it looks as though they meant to offer 22.5% ish which is 27000 points. Countdown to alteration. 10:18 BST
