I updated hem and since then if i play hu on 6-max table the hem HUD thinks it is a hu table and each time i have to manually make it a 6-max table

anyone know a fix to this?

new and old bugs in the software:

-answer field in the security question when cashing out not working (cant write/click) randomly.

-speed tables blinds still being posted out of position without being asked. only asked if you have to post sb+bb

-blinds reversed when playing hu at 6-max tables and 3rd person joins the table waiting for his bb

-"active bonus" link near balance/partypoints balance takes you to "new bonus offers" and not "active bonus" tab

-after playing a session my account links sometimes require logging in again. and if you go to another tab you have to log-in yet another time

-removing yourself from all waitlists from "my waitlist" often crashes the software

and the most bizarre one:
-clicking the edge of a table without resizing it will uncheck the setting "show window contents while dragging" from control panel - system - adjust the appearance and performance of Windows" (on windows 7). the same happens on XP/vista too but the setting is in different place

Posting a list of bugs is pointless.

looks like I won a Million seat and got this email:

Quote:
Dear QUINN

Congratulations on winning a Spring Million - $1,000,000 Guaranteed qualifier.

You have been registered to the Spring Million - $1,000,000 Guaranteed tournament to be held on 01/05/2011 01:30:00 PM ET.

Please keep in mind that there will be no refunds for single entries.

Do you know you can go on winning multiple entries to the Spring Million - $1,000,000 Guaranteed tournament?
That's right but you must play your first Spring Million - $1,000,000 Guaranteed entry first and any additional entries will be refunded to your PartyAccount.com account.

The tournament you have been automatically registered for will be added into your My tournaments, My favourites section of the web site.
Looks like the monthly million is now going to just be a quarterly event, sigh

On most sites it says that they will use Ongames software. Can someone confirm this? My first reaction is negative because I had play on Party since 2004 and is an oldschool who uses classic table, own mods and a number of scripts.

Any views on the "new" rewards structure? I've only had a chance to have a quick look at the email but my first impression was that the new cash/bonus rewards are worse at almost every level, despite the marketing guff that goes with them.

If anyone's got a few seconds, could they please do a comparison?

What email? Please post!

EDIT: Never mind, I see it's an "internal" e-email... Looking now.

EDIT2: Just looked and it seems just the same from my perceptive at least: "Palladium | 20,000 | $1,500 Cash | $3,000 Poker Bonus" is just the same as before? So long as I'm reading it properly - is there any change to the actual points requirement for attaining Palladium level, etc?

I think its correct, did now:

Bronze 500 PP (same actual) - $10 cash = 5%

Silver 750 PP - $15 cash = 4%; $30 bonus = 8%
Silver 1500 PP - $50 cash = 6,66%; $80 bonus = 10,67%

Gold 3000 PP - $120 cash = 8%; $200 bonus = 13,33%
Gold 6000 PP - $300 cash = 10%; $450 bonus = 15%

Palladium 10000 PP - $600 cash = 12%; $1000 bonus = 20%
Palladium 20000 PP (same) - $1500 cash = 15%; $3000 bonus = 30%

Palladium Elite 40000 PP - $3500 cash = 17,5%; $7000 bonus = 35%
Palladium Elite 100000 PP (same) - $15K cash = 30%; $20K bonus = 40%
Palladium Elite 300000 PP - $50K cash = 33,33%; $75K bonus = 50%

how hard is it to get your transfer limits increased. I've sent in all my documents. Does anyone know what the requirements are? This 1k a week ain't doing it.

The new reward levels mean that I now have to get 20k points instead of 9k per quarter for the 30% bonus - for me this means that the 12k points I have are now worth $600 less than before.

I have put up with buggy software update after buggy software update. I have tolerated the fact that party didn't raise the min 20bb buyin on PLO tables to 35bb like they did for NLHE (complaining about it didn't help). I've lived with the influx of rakeback pro's (mainly from ipoker I believe) who have taken advantage of Party's Dealt method of earning points, and in doing so have tightened up the games considerably. Party has really gone downhill in the last 18 months and, for me, this is feeling like the final kick in the teeth!!

Are you sure? I thought this might be the case to start with, but after looking again it doesn't say anything about a change to the requirements to attain a certain level? Perhaps we should PM Mike O and see if he can clarify it for us.

EDIT: PM sent - hopefully he'll see it and reply here.

No change in the criteria to earn VIP status, it is still 9k/points per quarter.
Change to Elite status is dropped from 50k/quarter to 40k.

The changes apply to the bonus/cash levels.
