Cheese, if you d/c for even a micro second while playing party you cant get the HH and have to have them email it to you. Some days I dont need to do it and some days I have to request HHs 5-10 times for 5-15 hands at a time

you can also get your lifetime HHs emailed to you by support in a big zip file to check stuff, ask VIP support, can take a while tho'

thx for the inputs guys !

it does make a lot of sense and kinda thought about it a bit but the thing is :

my last gladiator month back in september I think, I was always always more up (or less down) in hem than cashier... even if I was missing some hands, sometimes it would go the other way!

I really think something strange is going on but I can't put the finger on it yet so I will try more stuff to sort it out

Jspill, they dont send you hands in a well done zip file, ie by session or day or something like that. They literally send you each hand as an individual file so if you ask for your lifetime or whatever they send you 200k single hands in a zip file. Very fkn ******ed. Added to that, if you ask them to send you hands for a certain time period, they never seem to be able to send the right HHs. I have asked them for 1 days worth of HH when I forget to request them immediatley, and numerous times my HEM shows me playing 2.2k hands in that day and the file they send has ~1700 or something ******ed.

Sigh party.

oh and also,

I'm now pretty sure I'm not missing any hands because the number of pts on hem and party is exactly the same...

something very strange is happening

how could it be the same if you are not missing any hands?

hem includes bbjp rake in the rake amount (that you are doubling to get partypoints, right?). you should have less points on party than what hem shows. if you are missing some hands on hem the numbers could be the same

Looks like your Party Superuser is a bit more sophisticated than the UB ones.
Hope you get it figured out. Im going to bury my head in the sand and not bother check my figures. After getting $20K stuck on UB, Ill have a breakdown if Im getting ripped off elsewhere.

oh btw my friend and i both had that problem with hem before. it wasn't importing all the hands and reimporting didn't even help. all you could do was create a new database and reimport hands

you could try creating a new database (don't delete the old one yet) and then reimport all your hands back from whatever period you want (hope you haven't disabled the hem archiving)

also curious how you checked this because at least hem1 doesn't separate bbjp rake? it's just added to the std rake amount along with the normal rake

not saying there isn't a problem but i don't think it's party trying to scam you(us). my acc is in euros and i keep an eye for my balance after each session too

one way to see if at least the number of hands matches is to delete the session details before you start a session and then see if you end up with the same amount of hands on both party and hem (you can reset/check the session stats by right clicking your name at the table)

Hi sir and thank you for your inputs its very appreciated!

Since some updates, hem does not count additionnal rake (pts) for the extra rake we pay on bbjp tables. My hem always tracks exactly the same number of rake (pts) as party program and its even easier this month because of the gladiator promotion!

I did asked again for my HH from the 5 march in the standard format to try to import them in my hem and see if the numbers are matching. If it does not, there is clearly money going somewhere, which I have no clue!

I really hope its just a hem bug or something and there is nothing to complain about but I did quite a few tests and yet, nothing is wrong on that side!

Im sry for your losses and I would be very mad too!

yeah afaik it does too. at least i get less partypoints than what the rake amount suggests in hem. i figured it was due to the bbjp rake

do you have a source confirming that it was fixed, Takeurcheezstfuplz?

HEM says Im up $1816, yet the cashier says Im only up $1697. Ive had a few disconns and have not asked for the HHs so that might count for a bit. I'm just looking at the figures in the Reports/winnings section in HEM, but surely we got to trust Party and not the HEM numbers? I have my money held in $US on Party and my HEM set to $US so there will be no conversion to worry about.

i haven't noticed or suspected any discrepancies over 5 years of play, and i'm pretty nitty about checking HEM after every session etc. i'd ask for your lifetime HHs from party support to help check. and after every minor disconn, even a split second, i always hit 'send me last 100 HHs' option in the instant hand history bit top right of table and import the .txt file
