if you want to add more stuff that recreational players will like (rabbit hunt, fold and show), please consider adding a "run it twice" option like FTP but w/o any additional cost in rake... and keep the speed at which it deals flops/turns/rivers nice and fast

Why am i getting one table disconnecting (mid promising hand) while my other tables are working fine ???? What was that about Party sorting it's software out???

Party rep, does your company realise these PERSISTANT software problems can cost your customers alot of money?

the "some tables disconnect" bug/feature has been on party for a long time. I have several times emailed them with great details of the table numbers that disconnected and the ones that worked but they just keep saying the problem is in my end or that there is nothing wrong with their servers (sometimes the classic "reinstall software")

feel free to email them about it but i have a feeling you will get one of those answers.

PMing party_rep here might get you somewhere further but she(yes i heard she is a she) is not a miracle worker either

Totally the opposite for SNGs... Game volume is at about 50% of what it was even 2-3 months ago. Perhaps it's just the holiday season, but I'm not holding my breath for 2011.

Great holiday promotions so far. I've been hit pretty good! So far I have received 1200 partypoints and I just placed 3rd in their 5k freeroll! There site glitched on me today and I couldnt open up my $11 sitngo and when I could return, I had 800 chips. Shockingly they refunded the buy in. I was alittle taken back as it's been party pokers practice to blame the customers.

I'm beginning to wonder if all the server crashes of the last couple months might be to blame (ie: since you had to sit there like a wolly for 30-60 minutes wondering if the sever might come back on with your SNGs still active... I can see that pissing off alot of players; both regs and recreational players alike...).

when closing the client anyone else get the "partypoker has encountered a problem, please send us 1 gigabyte of error reports" message 90% of the time?

I've not been getting that, but I may have been getting a "crash on close" problem (ie: noticed XML hand histories and ".hhf" files hanging around after I closed the client - usually they get deleted).

@PartyRep: I just changed my password and noticed that the command to change the password is gone while it is still being refered too by many support articles on your website(s).

E.g. in the FAQ you state (http://www.partypoker.net/help.html):

2.5 How do I change my password?
To change your password:

1. Log in to PartyPoker.net.
2. Click on the 'My Account' tab at the top of the Lobby.
3. Select 'Change Password'
4. Type in your current password, enter your new password, and then re-enter the new password to confirm it.

The support FAQ on partypoker.com contains this statement:

Select 'Preferences' in the left-hand menu in the Lobby, and then click 'Change Password. You can also log in to the Account website and select the 'Your profile' option, where you will be able to change your password.
...

Change password has been moved to the profile located at My Account -> Account -> Profile -> Change Password Button.

I was looking for the command as described by the FAQ and it took me some time to find it.

Maybe you should either bring back the change password menu command (good idea imo, easy access would increase site security) or change the FAQs to match the current client.
