Is it true that Party does not send you your own hand histories by e-mail? I changed my screen name and started playing again in August. No hand histories at all were recorded, despite having ticked the box for it in settings. Only now after re-installing the poker client is it working again.

I was in no hurry to solve the problem as I naively thought Party, like Stars, would e-mail you hand histories. Support told me they do not offer this service.

Is this true with party poker soon changing mtt schedule? (That's what I've heard)

Our services will be unavailable during this period, you will see a change in our schedule to reflect this on Tuesday evening

Sadly another total disappointment for all SNG players.
How long were (totally necessary) changes promised? It has to be about a year now. Still no option for filtering for specific games in the lobby, options like auto-sit-back-in are still not implemented... I mean I understand giving other things priority, but one year or at least close to that should be enough to get simple things sorted, and these necessary updates have been mentioned by different players consistantly.. As it is there is no reason to move to Partypoker (higher rakeback is no reason when it's impossible to put in high volume without 3rd party software such as Partycaption).

Went through the update process (there's a few of them), client pops up and graphics are missing. Get pop-ups saying that i'm missing graphics files and can't play.

Uninstall all PP files, do a fresh install from the website and this solves the problem. New graphics are there and I can play fine.

However...Where are the chips on the tables?! All we are getting and can see is numbers. I'm not the only one. I'm asking others on my tables what they see and they say "only numbers".

New graphics are great but, playing without chips showing is just bizarre!

Managed to log in after a total reinstall.

Looks like the bots have a day off today.

If you go Table Options > Advanced > Tick "Show Pop-Up (Jackpot Speed Table)" it will show the chips until they fix it in a few hours.

Yeah, from talking to players on various tables, it seems that some players have chips showing and some only have numbers (like me).

Yeah, thankfully i'm also subscribed to the other thread and read the post from Colette regarding the temp fix you mentioned, when she answered someone else who brought up the same issue. Not sure why she's thus far only posting in that thread and not replying to anyone here...

Logged in - tables looked very bugged for me: with player names + chip counts overlapping into the cards and a couple not even centered symmetrically round the table but randomly off in top left of screen instead!!!

Restarted software and now cannot log in - blank login screen. It's great that new software gets tested before being released ...

Yeah exactly the same situation as last time. NL50+ is pretty much dead atm. And after few days the same missing players just appears at the same time. For some magical reason all of them are taking time off when the client is updated.

Quite obvious that mtt players are more valueble to party.

ok. first quick Feedback:

nice to have now different Backgrounds, felts.
the table himself Looks cheap.(is it exactly the same as before,which i did like...bec i feel like it's a Little bit different-and no good different)

the new Player plates- it's early...but so far , i don't like. (maybe bec it's new/different and i Need a bit time- to like).
The "old new" was very good...no reason to Change it again (if you ask me) what was good: for example 1 time i had cat sylvester as my Picture...and it was look like he's watching in his Cards. deep blue colour was good,etc. it was a view which only Party had. now it Looks like acr or ps.
but i speak for me and i think many People will like it now.

clock has a countdown now which is ofc good BUT again i must say i like the "old new" green clockbar...the only Thing what was needed was a countdown.( and no overlap of the Chips ofc)

ah...8max has a much better view/feel now (with the "oldnew"playerplates it would be very nice, also the "oldnew" chatbox with blue and yellow and black background would be nice,now.)
...but 9handed sit&go/cashgames (both had a very good view and tablefeeling) has now a not so nice view. (not really bad - but not good as before) it's new...so maybe i Need a few days.
