Mixgrill I used to have the same problem with Party freezing and literally everything being just unclickable (while you could see yourself timing down). It doesn't happen much any more but when it did if I clicked a few times on the taskbar it'd 'unfreeze' the buttons and let me act. Sounds a bit silly but worth a try if it happens again.

The SnG Hero 5 for 1 Promo on bwin is still not functioning!

Im still missing tickets from the SnG Hero 5 for 1 Promo.

a 20$ ticket from November 1st
a 5$ ticket from November 1st
a 10$ ticket from November 2nd

The promo just counts the first free ticket. The subsequently free tickets for other limits are not counted.


On the promo page it says:

When will the promo be fixed? Should i keep trying if the promo works or not and will not compensated for the missing tickets?
Why it is not already fixed? Why false promises?
Why is no promo hardly ever working at the moment (see: Gladiator on partypoker)?

PARTY POKER ARE NOW OFFICIALLY ROBBING POKER PLAYERS by putting 24 hour expiry dates on tournament tickets for live events. Probably going on forever but only encountering problem now.

Ok so played a sat cost 22 for the CPP 109 ticket and binked it but didn't see the 24 HOUR EXPIRY TIME for said ticket till it disappeared/expired from my account. Both Party Poker and Colette Stewart have refused to tell me where the 109 dollars have gone.
The target tournament is the 30 seats guarantee on Monday evening the 7th NOVEMBER 4 days away for CPP live event package. So excuse me for thinking the 109 ticket was fine.

Does anybody else agree that this is day light robbery and a sad state off affairs to be going down this road. Anyhow I feel the need to point this out to everyone so others don't get caught the same.

Have you tried calling live support?
I believe the promo issues were resolved in full - the tickets can be manually added if you completed the requirements
The only promo which has experienced issues has been the Gladiator and these issues will be manually resolved

Did you play casino at all? I am aware casino play takes longer to cash out..

There is no notification when you buy in to said game about 24 hours expiry in the event you win the ticket/or not very clear AS YOU HAVE ADMITTED YOURSELF, and when it does not automatically register you for a game after winning in your so called promotional feeder......

I requested a cash out on 31/10, went on live chat last night and they said it was still within the 3 business day timeframe to be processed and that there was nothing for wrong with my account. This was actually the fourth day but even if it was still within the timeframe, why do Party see it as a mandatory 72 hours ("we still have 3 hours of the 72 left we're going to make you wait") where all of the other top sites will process it within 24 and generally less?

Lost my business, that's for sure.

I suggest you look at your handling of the issue and address your complaint in an appropriate manner to the correct channels as you claimed you would be doing via the chat

Social media is used to promote our site and offerings - yes
You joined the community group - I dont add players
Yes you have been removed as your comments and manners are inappropriate for such forums
As I said - the relevant departments will handle the issue regarding your comments/statements/rants

If you had taking the time to read the relevant section in the tournament lobby you would be aware of the ticket conditions

Regarding DTD - feel free to reach out to the team for clarification - the CPP event is their promotion and runs as they have asked for it to run including the promotional 24 expiry

Shouting in capitals on various forums and groups will resolve nothing

If you look.under Read More in the lobby it state it's a feeder ticket
I agree it could be clearer and the info.had been shared with management and the relevant teams
Overlay has nothing to do.it it's due to.the fact these are promotional tickets

All - We have added some additional tourneys to our Omaha schedule live on Sunday 6th

18:00CET
o $5 - $500 Gtd
o $22 - $1,000 Gtd
o $109 - $3,000 Gtd

20:00CET
o $5 - $750 Gtd
o $22 - $1,500 Gtd
o $109 - $5,000 Gtd

The above will be 6-max structure - check them out in the lobby

There may be some minor changes to the current schedule to accommodate the new offerings

There is defo a problem with cashouts, I requested mine on Monday and it is still pending and been told it could be next Monday before its processed.

on wednesday in the drago, got disconnected along with many of my fellow players, the tournament wasnt paused, couldnt reconnect for 20 minutes or so. Some players somehow stayed in connected and just raped the blinds when I left I had 25BB and when I finally was able to login I had 2. This tournament entry fee needs to be refunded plus an amount to account for my equity as more than half of the players had busted. I sent an email to support on wednesday and now its friday and no response. This is no way to treat your customers.

Thank you Partypoker for adding 2x 109$ PLO tourneys on sunday! Hopefully they run well and u can add daily 109$ omaha soon. There isnt too many of 100+$ omaha tournaments available. Good job and hopefully it pays off!

I had a similar situation to BennyBills in the Drago, being disconnected for about 20-30 minutes and coming back to around 9 big blinds after having 40-50 when i disconnected. I sent an email to support on the day but haven't recieved a response yet, not even a confirmation of receipt of my e-mail. I too feel like a refund is in order + some kind of dollar amount value of the chips i had when disconnection occurred.
