Will there be an update to have favorite tournaments like on stars? Also to filter tournaments like no 6 max etc? Also why when you click on my tournaments, it shows all the ones you played when you already busted those? Makes no sense at all.

Party denied me any tournament refunds.

I have contacted Live Support multiple times after the Thursday/Friday. Every time I was told to wait.

Eventually I asked to escalate my issue.

This was my claim:

I have managed to capture screenshots during the disconnect:

The fist screenshot shows the time of disconnect - 9:45 am EST. The tables tried to "establish connection" for a few minutes and eventually just closed.

Second screenshot, at 11:12 am, shows the 2 tournament lobbies still open, I'm still waiting for something to give. One lobby is completely whited out. Other lobby still shows my chip count from 1 hr and 27 minutes ago.





I received this response from Party:

They couldn't even get the $5.50 satellite ticket right.

No T$ or ticket was ever added at the end:

I had success getting my refund (T$) through live chat, you may want to try that. Took a while for them to look through everything though.

An update, I got $55 + $7.50 refunds in T$ form just now.

No equity chop...

Real amounts should have looked like this:

1) $139.34 in the $55 tournament
2) $8.10 in the $7.50 tournament

I signed up through Pokcas website and have a question.
Is the leaderboard private for Pokcas players or everyone? Since I do not see many players in it, so I am guessing it is not public?

Also, I am planning to play party spins, but you run out of the time bank very quickly. Why is that? This got me a little frustrated.

It's because you need to act faster obviously. In all seriousness though the timebank is a bit screwed up in all formats on Party. There have been times where it appears I have half of my time remaining and I'm folded out so I don't even pay attention to it.

Party is just not responding to me.

I guess I was too annoying with my requests to get fair/proper refunds.

And when Party denied the ~$150 refund, but threw a $5.50 ticket at me, I mentioned that even the $5.50 ticked was not added (someone clicked the button to add it, then realised they messed up by adding money instead of ticked, cancelled the money and never bothered to add the ticket lol).

I mean, I was annoying, yes. On purpose, for the sake of getting things figured out and not swept under the rug. And they never got figured out, and got swept under the rug.

7 contacts with support, repeating the same thing, and getting mind numbing non-related cookie cutter responses kind of puts you on the spot: keep trying or give up, and the only way to keep trying is to keep contacting them.

I'm not in a spot where I can do much about it, except make everyone else aware of whats going on. And that I will do at every opportunity I get.

You can play on Party, and it will be ok for the most part, good alternative to Amaya Stars, but once something happens, be it your fault, their fault, or just random bad coincidence, you can not rely on them, not even a little bit. They will exhaust you with gish-gallop and you'll give up eventually.

That’s why party will never pass stars. Complete joke support and resolutions.

Stars support is just as bad tbh. Pasing stars has nothing to do with the support.

Over the last 8 years I have been playing at party in 95% of cases support was very good and helpful.

They have live support which stars and most sites do not have. Add to that the rep here on the forum that helps with lots of stuff.

You can’t even detect bots when players point them out to you with a silver spoon and you think you’ll stop DDOS attacks (it’s pretty clear every account not disconnecting when 99% are from romania/hungry should be investigated if u have half a brain)
