Hi Colette,

Could you get the software people to add back the 'Starting' filter to the main MTT lobby? You could select 'All', 'Next 10 mins', 'Next 30 mins', and 'Next 1hr'.

I always used to use next 10 mins and it seemed to significantly reduce any build up of Main Lobby lag and specific tournament lobby lag.

Will the people who qualify for the December 13th tournament w/ Carl ‘The Cobra’ Froch all start with the same amount of chips? Anyone know? Colette?

Basically is there a benefit to getting 1st on the leaderboard or is 99th place good enough because the award seems to be the same thing?

The fact that all registration fees for mtts are whole numbers isn't a coincidence. I think it was to make the tournament leaderboard simpler.

Is the leaderboard a reflection of rake rather than how well someone did in the tournaments? Seems that way to me. Also if it is..., I find it ironic that they are trying to make a move from volume players to rec players, yet the leaderboard awards points based on volume rather than performance.

Has the cash game rake also increased? Its already ridiculous at 50NL and 25NL

How high is it?

It's 21bb/100 at PLO25, 18bb/100 at PLO50, 14bb/100 at PLO100, 10bb/100 at PLO200 and 7bb/100 at PLO400. That's my numbers, obviously. Rake vary from player to player.

So you don't know what high rake is if you play NL.

If i see those numbers i must assume that Plo 25/50 is almost unbeatable? So why play it then? Unless you heat i by 30bb/100 at least....

I've tried three times so far to join the Party Poker Canada Community Forum on FB and have been refused each time this last week. Unfortunately, I don't have access to my original FB profile as I lost my password, although I don't think that should matter? Yeah, I beat it at 8bb/100 after rake so almost exactly 30bb/100 but I was clicking buttons back then (and still am...). I think I could beat it at least 10-12bb/100 after rake now, though. And there's rakeback...

Really like the new MTT lineup would be nice if it had a 5 rebuy attached to it. 1 thing I noticed if u get a $5 sng ticket from the store there are no sngs to play it with besides a 36 man

Is the new mtt schedule just during this promotion, or is it permanent? Speaking as someone who greatly preferred the old schedule for its rebuys and satellite rebuys.

Great point. So the regs that play 24/7 grinding mutitables will all automaticly come out on top of that promotion. No casuals or new players stand a chance even if they win some tournaments outright.

What he said. I dont even play mtts and I feel like woah thats a shaft to anybody who doesnt play high up. Why not reward based on a point/tier system one where people who finish higher get more points and not purely based on rake?

Surely the goal isnt to just rake the most..

And with tournaments being 10,000 chips deep, how many casuals or new players will have a chance to do well with that format? The regs will outplay them in such a deep structure with less room to get lucky.

Before for 1500 points at silver you could get a $109 ticket. Now you can get a $55 ticket for the same points. Hmmmmm #partyforthepeople ????

I just got ITM in a MTT with 3 paid ($55 1k middleweight), and when I shoved, 2 more people regged before I busted, knocking me out in 5th. If there was a chance of not finishing ITM I never would've shoved the hand. Does PartyPoker's software really not close late reg once you get ITM in a MTT? Is there anything I can do or anyone I can talk to about this? or am I just **** outta luck?

you are not itm until registration closes. it cleary states in the lobby what blind level reg closes at

I know, but in every other site where this has happened (so far I've only had this experience on PS and 888), you havent been able to late reg ITM. I figured it would be built into the software, but I guess not
