just registered for several tournaments on party and they never popped up, getting a the table is being updated, try again in a few minutes error. Trying to load the tables for about 30 minutes now, even exited/re logged in and its still not loading... emialed support.. doubt they refund, right?

Hello community, I got answer from VIP Partypoker support, I cannot copy of letter because it's on russian language, here is main information for you:

Programs FreePHG and PartyEZcash are forbidden to use on Partypoker

Invisible opponents since the downtime on 11/22!

On a full table I see only 2-3 players. The rest are invisible including their cards, stacks, names, images.

LOL if partyezcash is banned then i will be taking my rake elsewhere for 2013. I literally couldn't play on that software without it.

Seach for 'ghost players' in this thread, is this the same you see?

I couldn't find a description of whats a ghost player. But from the posts in this thread it seems its just a random single player?

In my case it affects ALL tables I open.
On a FR table I see 2-3 players (always in the upper right corner of the table). All others are hidden.

It happened after the downtime, so it seems like a server side issue. I've applied an old complete system backup and run into the same prob.

Yeah, it was always a single player for me (and others, I believe).
Take screenshots (showing the problem and hand number) when this happens and send them along with the hand histories to support. If this happens to you every time it's unplayable of course... I suppose you could take some shots while sitting out, waiting for blinds... when a ghost player bets it's a Kodak moment.

Xenitron being a "Black Member" and it being from VIP support gives it a bit more credence, but it's still not 100% confirmed.

I pulled the page and thread for 3 reasons though:

* I don't want people to get into trouble for using something if it is now clearly banned (as opposed to being a "grey area").
* I don't want other software such as PartyEZcash or Holdem Manager to get their users into trouble (no idea why PartyEZcash was listed today?).
* I simply don't have the time to work on it any more and/or make the required changes needed (it may be possible to keep the "real-time" function whilst removing the hand-grabbing part to keep Party happy).

+1, it makes multi-tabling on Party so much easier (ie more rake Party!!!). And it doesn't give you an unfair advantage like some of the software that is understandably banned.

I emailed party about 3 months ago to confirm that the software I used was all fine. The did a check and said it was fine. Table turbo scan, party ez cash, and HM2 obv. If anyone has a more definitive answer that would be great, but I cant possible see why it would be banned? It gives no advantage other than the ability to multi-table easier

Not really sure what's going on lol. I've had a few back and forth emails recently with the Poker Product manager for bwin.party and he said "no decisions have been taken that would affect the operation of Party EzCash". I'll have to try and get in touch with them

There is 0 reason Party should ban EZCash. It doesn't do anything that would give an unfair advantage.

If Party does ban it I will 100% stop playing on Party. I refuse to play without hotkeys on software that is already so terrible.
Party_Rep needs to come in and confirm that ezcash is still good to use.
Party Poker really needs to get itself together on so many fronts.

So it's second hand information - the issue that Party is going off about is hand grabbing - I assume the guy thought he meant Party Tools as it uses FPHG for it's functions. I had recent discussions with them about whether Party EzCASH injects into the client or uses tools that does, when they found out it didn't there was no problem.

my vip host said EZcash is allowed but FPHG is not

if they actually enforce this can someone tell me the easiest way to get mouse scroll to work with classic view

We do not endorse or allow any third party software that aids data mining and allows you to collect data on games that you have not directly played.
