They have open face Chinese pineapple, usually a few tables going all day and night. I'd only ever played the older Chinese version before now so trying to learn strategy while playing at the cheap tables. It's a lot of fun. I'm surprised there aren't a lot more people playing.

Haha yeah it was... too bad I let the cat out of the bag. I was also the one who recommended the buyback situation to management which has completely revamped the project. I wish they would at least give something back in the form of rewards for Cash Players. Ever since I told everyone here about it I've been losing since I'm not very good anymore. I used to play professionally a few years back but I'm not nearly as good as I once was.

The reason it's going up is because of the buyback community contributions deal that I recommended they setup in order to basically save them and it has.

Current monthly burn count: https://coinpoker.com/community-contributions

The price will continue to go up now for years. That's assuming stagnant growth and assuming that players continue to play on the site... at least without losing a ton of them. Right now we are averaging aprox. 6mil-7mil per month in burned CHP and 1-2mil (closer to the midpoint of each currently, on avg.. so ~6.5 and ~1.5) that's collected as 25% of the community contributions to eventually be given back to the players and/or grow the community and attract marketing partners, etc.

They already have... after just 3-3.5 months of community contributions... oh, I don't know, maybe ~19M burned (not sure if that would be including the current burn count for this month or not...) and ~5 mil saved up to be given back to the players and/or attract marketing partners and new players.

I'm anxious to find out what they're going to do with the smaller 25% part of the community funds and I'm hopeful they will initiate a cash game player rewards system. Cash game players contribute a lot more to the monthly burn and community collections than do MTT players yet MTT players are currently seeing a much great reward system.

They did actually say they are working on implementing rewards for cash game players. I hope it's good and I hope it's soon. It will also very much encourage players (even losing players like me right now,) to keep playing on the site.

Lately though, CoinPoker ...we've been growing massively.

Every time I login now there's more people on and like a ton of tables going. WHat's also good about that is not only does it help the community thrive but because of the way the buyback works... quite literally, the more people playing, the more CHP is going to be worth because more tokens will be burned. It doesn't take a ton of difficult math (we are on a poker site after all) to figure out the amazing economics behind the current token burn situation. It also has a direct correlation to the price beginning to go up just like I informed management that it would. I was pushing for this for months before they finally released it but wow it's done wonders for the site and it really should only continue to get better. It's certainly showing no signs of slowing down it's growth at the moment... quite the contrary, in fact.

the traffic is okay I guess (not like a major room)... it's been a few months, but I think I remember the fees being around 6% to deposit directly with ETH/BTC rather than the CHP

Ran it up to 5-10k a few times. Had smooth cash outs most of the time like 10-15. On 2 occasions my cashouts got canceled because of technical issues and I lost $500 on one withdrawal and $100 on one deposit because CHP and BTC dropped and my money was stuck because Of technical issues. Never got a reimbursement.

I know a little while back the BTC/ETH -> CHP conversion rate had about an 8% fee for doing it through the client (rather than trade for them on an exchange)... anyone know if this is still the same, or has it increased/decreased?

also got an email that they have a sportsbook now (not available for US players however)

Some improvements

1. Mobile App doesn't have a global setting to automatically wait for the BB. You have to manually click this when sitting down at a table, but often you get dealt in before you can switch this button.

2. Get "Connection Slow, this may effect gameplay" message frequently. Why is this? My internet connection seems to be fine. Happens when I am connected by my mobile network, as well as my home internet.

3. Would be nice to filter cash games by exact stake level, ie. 2.50/5.0, rather than just "small"

Generally like the site. I'm an Aussie player, and its easier than ignition. Hope more players start playing, but there has been an increase in traffic.

The Push/Fold table seem like a silly concept and it looks like no one is playing those.

Don't know why you recently launched a sports betting platform. Shouldn't the focus be on making Poker a great experience, especially at this early stage?

Have been with coinpoker for a few months - cashed out around three times using etherum, never taken longer than 10 minutes. Really liked the site initially

But play there less and less due to the way they set up comps - on the small/micro side. They don't have straight forward freezeouts/or one adds. They have this system where you enter on say 100chp - 2000chips. But rebuy for 500 get 10000 chips, and you can double rebuy. And there is an addon. Just stupid. Some guys just buy and buy going all in all the time until something sticks.

So they pretend to cater for the err, smaller stacked individual, but they not at all. Very disappointing. And others have complained as well, but it seems CP is just not interested in smaller comps.

We appreciate the input you have brought forward. I have forwarded your thoughts to our poker department. As for the mobile app, there is a redesign planned and ill ask if we can implement any of your above suggestions in it.

The launch of the sports betting was part of our roadmap. Our focus still and always will be primarily on poker.

An action-packed poker weekend awaits at CoinPoker. Both days offer tons of tournaments, with large guaranteed prize pools and even bitcoin bounties on Rob Campbell and Isabelle Mercier. Who knows, Tony G might even make an appearance in the Bike Ride, time will tell.

Read more about it.

As for our reasons not to offer our services to you any longer, CoinPoker is a place where recreational players can have fun. It was so since our ICO and this idea was supported by our investors. In recent months the room ecosystem was getting worse. In order to recognise where the problem is we collected the mentioned data and analysed it. As a result we had to say goodbye to a few players who either are considered high risk in terms of security or have a low value index for the poker room and are bad for the ecosystem and for what we are trying to achieve here in general.

We thank you for playing here at CoinPoker, but have to say goodbye at this time.

Just give more action.

Battle regs to start tables instead of just opening another one at a similar stake and sitting hoping to get a fish etc. its pretty obvious

Hey guys,

His acc was not closed because he was winning. We have many players who are winning even more than him and we have no plans on closing them down. When we check on players we do so from security and player value perspective. His index was negative on both topics. We wont go into details on what exactly we took into account when closing his acc, but we want to be clear that just by being a winning player you will not get your account closed. Many such examples currently playing at high stakes tables.

Since the start of ICO we have put it in our whitepaper that CoinPoker will be a place for recreational players and we will do whatever needs to be done to make sure non professionals can play here and have a good fun amount per buck spent. This idea was supported strongly by our investors. If theres a player on the site who makes this goal very difficult to achieve, we reserve the right to refuse our business to that player. HiThere won millions of CHP, received his balance back and was thanked for the hours he put in. We appreciate him warning other people about the great experience that he had before we had to say goodbye to him.

We work for the greater good of the community and the poker room and not for the good of individual player. That is all we are going to share on this topic. Appreciate your attention!

Hey CHP support, thanks for responding!

The problem is as a player on your site it’s too vague of a response. I understand you can’t give away your process for security reasons but being on the player side, I have no idea what player index entails. It would put me at ease if you specified whether he was using illegal software or is bad for the games because he bumhunts. Also it would give clarity so other players would understand what not to do like bum hunting.

Just giving my feedback as a coin poker player. Thanks!

Hahahaha. Funny to say this while advertising on twoplustwo (the biggest site in the world that is basically marketed at people who are professionals/want to be professionals ie have a large edge/play poker for a living) when you guys are face up wanting to ban "non recreational players" that take too much out of your system.

Coin poker did a couple other things without warning recently too.. one of them being changing the withdrawal limit to 10k per week on a CRYPTO site that you need to be THEIR token to play on. They gave absolutely no warning for this and once again cited this was a "recreational poker platform" as the reason, and if you made more/withdrew more than 10k a week from their site they didn't much care about your opinion on the matter. Keep in mind initially this site was no rake... now they rake/ban winners/limit your withdraws while also taking part in a market that they heavily influence. Win 100k on their site? Prepare to be banned and also be a bag holder as they see you withdrawing and 10k getting dumped on the open market often and beat you to the punch. I want to bet somehow that they will widen their net slowly but surely and start banning big winners under zero suspicion of doing something wrong, even by their flawed "index" with its magical algorithms they won't explain/defend.

They also made private tables for high stakes and allow/disallow access to them when they have personal interest in who is playing. This is not a poker players room for poker players any longer.

As for you Epheser, you are a notorious bumhunter/buttoner, you get zero sympathy from me.
