EWALLET EXPRESS, INC was operated in violation of an injunction since 2006. It was one of many corporate identities indicted for telemarketing fraud. Of the two principals involved, one Ira N. Rubin fled justice and has been apparently operating since then off-shore. It's very likely this is the same Ira Rubin who was arrested in Guatemala five days ago in connection with the DoJ indictments of 4/15. The assets of EWALLET EXPRESS, INC as a corporate entity of Global Marketing Group, Inc. have been in receivership for several years. The money being used to pay bankers and lawyers.

It depends on how much money is left after churning through the system. It's sort of like what people are accustomed to recovering from class action lawsuits (after the vultures take their cut).

I think you'd have to identify yourself as a victim to the Federal Trade Commission who brought suit, in order to have any possibility of a claim. I don't know this as fact though. However, there's a long list of people who have been screwed, probably going back further than 2005. If you think you should get on such a list, it's up to you.

I doubt anyone is going to see anything from Ewallettexpress. The owner is sitting in jail right now and before he fled the country in 06 he managed to get his hands on about a mill. in funds that he wasnt supposed to.

tbh, no idea how ewalletexpress has even been opertating up until now.

How do we know "Ewallet Express Inc" is the same as ewalletXpress?

EwalletXpress was operated by something called Navajo Networks Inc.

I just randomly got this email today...perhaps Black Friday might actually help Ewallet Express get money back to customers?:

Dear Valued Customer,

Today, you say huh? Thanks for posting this. I also have money stuck there, but I got almost the same email in December, but not a thing since. Including zero responses to any of my emails sent since to either email of theirs.

They seem to claim the feds shut them down. There is evidence they ran off with the money though. I would say there is virtually zero chance of recovering your money from them. They are in the same odds group as AP/UB IMO.
