This is beyond a joke. They should at least warn you when depositing that they are slowing down withdrawals.

Most annoyingly is you can still reverse the transaction and put the money back on the site. These guys are just trying it on IMO - Seriously, how many people will just put the money back into their accounts rather than wait 1 month+ for their withdrawal?

So frustrating.

personally, i'd be pretty worried. it really looks they are processing withdrawls as they make money. microgaming should really keep better tabs on its skins imo.

Sorry, I'm not following. You have to spell it out for me, I'm afraid.

Does
a) Microgaming (as a network) holds our money or
b) does each of the skins holds its players money?

If it is a) then there shouldn't be withdrawal problems unless whole Microgaming were struggling.

If it is b) then do they keep routing money between skins as, say, Charlie on Eurolinx loses $10k to Patrick on Ladbrokes and voila, Eurolinx has to ship $10k to Ladbrokes?

I think this was all discussed when the Battlefield/etc. skins went busto but I kinda missed what the outcome is. I seem to vaguely recall that Microgaming claimed it was b) but someone claimed it was really a) and that Microgaming were just saying it was b) to rip people off.

i'm pretty sure the skins hold the money, or most of it anyways. surely these month+ timeframes are more than enough time for money to be channelled between skins..

There is a processor called Proc-Cyber Services which processes money for many Microgaming sites, especially the the sites of the casino groups. I assume this processor is somehow under MG control (since they don't deal with non-MG sites), and hold the player money for sites which use this service.

But most sites handle payments on their own, and hold their players' money.

As for how they settle wins and losses between sites, I don't know exactly, but I'm sure it's not on individual player level. They probably look at net losses/wins for the total pool of players on site level over a period of time (week, month, whatever), and then settle the difference.

So do you know if Eurolinx uses Proc-Cyber Services? And which sites use it and which don't?

Because if Proc-Cyber Services is in trouble then more sites could be vulnerable.

Yeah, I agree, I just provided a simplified example to point out that inter-site settlements need to be done if the sites hold the money.

They don't use them, and I am not aware of any other Microgaming sites with payment delays other than Eurolinx, BetonBet and Linx Casino.

sincerily i've been waiting for an withdrawal for a long time myself [ that's how i got to this thread] but of course, alot less money.

the idea here is: the negativity can't help anyone. i'm sorry if you don't agree with me but i'm just as worried as anyone else but worrying all day doesn't help me or anyone. hoping everything will work out on the other hand might not help much either but sure can;'t hurt!

what's the point to buy it as a standard wig? he says they're play money so he must be happy to get 500$ REAL money on them right?
i kind of joked about that offer. all i wanted to point out is that having this attitude won't help anyone.

we're a bunch of people here united under the same problem. why can't we all get along?

@cassette: yeah, i imagine the panic. but comparing stars with eurolinx is kind of pointless IMO.

@all apologies: lol. sure mods. check me out.

oke. given the attitudes i get from you i'll stop posting unless is strictly withdrawal-linked. just because i try to keep a positive mindset i'm being shot down and accused to work with eurolinx. i just don't get it. maybe I AM an Ra-tard. whatevert his means.

peace.

I just ordered a test cash-out for the same amount I deposited. Maybe that will speed things up since there's no point in doing big 'security checks' on my account..

Naty! I´ve always considered them the best costumer service in the market....

Please wait for a site operator to respond.
You are now chatting with 'Josh'
you: Hello,
you: im very upset because my withdraw has not been processed yet!
you: are there any problems?
you: people in 2 plus 2 and in the Brazilian Forum Maisev are complaining that withdraws are taking months to be processed there
you: it really upsets me because i´ve always considered you guys to have the best costumer service on the business
Josh: Kindly hold on for a moment. Thank you.
you: ok
Josh: Kindly note that there are some delays in processing at the moment, due to tightened security checks on withdrawals. Please accept our sincere apologies for these delays.
Josh: I will forward a reminder about your withdrawal to our Finance Team.
you: but i need to know when it is coming!
Josh: Unfortunately I do not have a strict time frame to provide you with, but please be assured that your withdrawal will be processed as soon as possible.
you: nasty!
you: thats sad to see what a great site turned out to be!

I had 2 withdrawls pending, asked for a bonus for the issue they were having with my withdrawl, which they gave me. So I cancelled one to play with, that has been like 2 weeks and the first withdrawl is still pending. Ugh.

im in no way special. i was surprised myself give this thread. in that reply i reffered to an withdrawal that was pending for more than 5 days [ at that time i didn't know about this thread and didn't realise there were people waiting for 1 month+ ].

i think that Praetor is right, and we should see this as encouraging.
