Finally some good news, thanks StriverzG. It would be devastating for my roll if Eurolinx went down (emo)

this is pretty fcked up

from an administration perspective withdrawals to moneybookers/netteller are all but instant. The company I work for have a 24hr fraud team who approve our withdrawals - basically pending withdrawals appear on a ticker - fraud team take a quick look and once satisfied that everthing is fully legit they press the cash out button. On a bad day you may be waiting an hour, on a good day you are waiting 10 mins.

Generally speaking if you are waiting for more than 24 hours the reasons behind it are not ones I would be comfortable with.

wow.

i finally decided upon visiting 2plus2 and see if i'm not alone in this frustrating waiting but apparently i'm not. hehe. i should past some chats just to see how i say the EXACT same thing.

I do hope i won't get stabbed out of my broll.

i should copy/paste some of the chats because they were hilarious/tragic but i'll refrain from that..nevertheless,if everyone leave eurolinx there will surely be no money for a cashout.

Finally received my $1000 (Neteller) requested on June 4th. Very relieved.

This was a comment from support in response to one of my queries:

"We are aware of the 2+2 Eurolinx slow withdrawals thread, and we understand that this is really bad publicity for Eurolinx, yet there is not much we can say or do before all the late withdrawals are paid out and our withdrawal time frames are completely back to normal. I can assure you, that we are doing our best at resolving this matter and as I mentioned earlier most players have received their or are receiving their money soon."

Sounds very promising for everyone.

Yea, not sure if this is comforting or even more unsettling but I unfortunately have been waiting since 4/24 as well.

I've been waiting for 2k since the 13th of may, so no, it's not just bigger transfers that are affected by this.

Wire transfers to the US are probably subject to the same processor issues as the other sites, so I imagine may take a considerable time to sort out.

I'm still waiting until this is fixed, only then will I request a cashout because I don't want my money to be stuck in a limbo. Even starting to think about a chip-dump to another skin if it really gets worse.. THIS SUCKS.

And the problems don't end here with Eurolinx.

I had deposited there to clear a 1st deposit bonus. To recieve $650 I need to collect 9100 raked hands.

"A raked hand is a hand in which a player is dealt cards and the pot has been raked at least 25c."

I'm playing NL50, so it means I have to play a pot of 10BB ($5) to recieve a raked hand.

Well, you can check your raked hands on Eurolinx software and guess what - I get less raked hands than I actually play.

Eurolinx software says I have collected 7684 raked hands in total up until now.

But, Holdem Manager says I have played 11261 hands on my Eurolinx user, NL50, which were bigger than 10BB. Plus I have also played a bit on NL100 and had some fun on limit tables.

I contacted their support to get some info..

You are now chatting with 'Louise'
Louise: Hello. How may I assist you?
you: My question is about raked hands.
you: On your page it says
you: A raked hand is a hand in which a player is dealt cards and the pot has been raked at least 25c.
Louise: Yes
you: So if I fold and other players play a pot which is bigger than $5 I get a raked hand?
Louise: Yes, that is correct
Louise: If you contributed to the pot but folded you will get a raked hand
you: but if I fold without paying anything?
Louise: Then most probably you won't get a raked hand
you: A raked hand is a hand in which a player is dealt cards and the pot has been raked at least 25c.
you: But it says it is enough to be dealt cards
Louise: I am sorry, I am not 100% sure
Louise: Then if it says so, it's probably true
Louise:
you: But when I check my raked hands on Eurolinx it doesn't match the amount I have on my tracker (holdem manager).
you: Holdem Manager says I have more, everyday.
Louise: Holdem manager is a third party software and we cannot be held liable for the info it provides you with
Louise: I suggest you follow your rake hands progress on our software
you: But why would your software say I have less raked hands than my tracking software?
you: I have to collect 9100 raked hands to get a $650 bonus.
you: Holdem Manager says I have already played 11261 pots on NL50, which were bigger than 10BB, therefore bigger than $5.
you: But Eurolinx software says I have ~7600
Louise: So it means you have only 7600 qualified hands
Louise: Only our software provides accurate info which we take into consideration
you: I understand, but I was wondering if there are some additional requirements for a raked hand.
you: Instead of just being dealt cards to a pot which is raked 25cents.
Louise: No, only what is written on the website
you: Well okay then, thank you.
So wtf Eurolinx are you really short on money? Are you trying to make some cash for payouts or are you just scamming the hell out of everyone? I understand that Holdem Manager can lose some hands, but it can't get hands out of thin air.

It's just ridiculous.. For example:

June 26th, I've played 342 hands in total. 121 hands over $5 according to HEM. Recieved 72 raked hands on Eurolinx.

June 25th, I've played 463 hands in total. 112 hands over $5 according to HEM. Recieved 70 raked hands on Eurolinx.

Today I've played 1362 hands in total. 418 over $5. Recieved 277 raked hands..

Plus it has been over a few weeks since I uploaded my avatar and it still doesn't show on the tables..

Are they doing anything on there??

did you exclude hands with pots over $5 which didn't see a flop?

That's a good point, I had forgotten about this.
lol, now it shows only 3.5k hands. I don't get it. But I think it means everything's fine on Eurolinx's side. Thanks.

This, mine was pretty acurate and actually Eurolinx listed more raked hands .25+ then my HEM.

Yes, I used the 0.25+ stats and it was very accurate. Thanks guys.

At least this problem about Eurolinx is solved (well ok, there was no problem with this ), now lets hope they come clean with the withdrawals.

I'm pretty sure this would be a really bad move. To do it in a non-obvious way would cost a shedload of rake, and to do it in an obvious way would probably cost you your whole bankroll. Hang in there, people are getting their money but just very slowly.

I have been waiting over two months now for my ~$8k withdrawal. I now despise Eurolinx with a passion. I'll update if/when I finally receive it.
