I was chasing up an old four-figure withdrawal a couple of weeks ago, and Support told me, (as they usually do), that they had passed my latest reminder to the Cashier.

As expected, no further word, so I wrote today to Curacao eGaming Complaints after seeing the page http://www.euroclubpoker.com/page.aspx?page=Legal where it states:

Their reply was:

Please note: Curaçao eGaming does not license Mojo Interactive Solutions N.V., nor any its brands, therefore any references made to Curaçao eGaming as one of the Master License holders is false and misleading.

Just received e-mail from MGA asking for more information, and, "... Once this information is available we may proceed with the complaint process on your behalf with the operator."

I've e-mailed back all the information they requested.

Ye gods!

Received my withdrawal in full!

The only complaint I have is that it was by wire transfer, so I have had to pay my bank's conversion charge from dollars to pounds, and will have to pay another conversion charge to get it back into dollars in NT/Skrill.

Otoh, I believed it was all a gonner; so, happy enough.

I requested a withdrawal, many times over a two or three years period.

The last time, they gave me their usual reply, "Passed to Cashier."

I waited a couple of weeks and wrote again, at the same time reporting them to MGA via http://www.mga.org.mt/support/online-gaming-support/, (or I might have e-mailed complaints.mga@mga.org.mt).

MGA responded, asking for:

. The link to the website you are referring to

· Any correspondence with the operator (emails, chat transcripts)

· Further details about your issue


I gave them this information.

A short time later, ECP started asking for my bank details, so they could send a wire transfer; which I gave them. Tbh, I don't know if MGA had contacted them, or if they had suddenly had a change of heart and decided to honour the withdrawal. I suspect the former.

I kept MGA informed that this was happening, but I received no further responses from them.

If you are in the UK, you haven't been allowed to play on ECP for two or three years. I made a point of mentioning this to MGA.
