Yes, its the same "Tracy" which told me on 6th feb my cashout is getting prossed by last week. At least she didn´t apologize for this mega delayed cashout........ I asume its business as usually.

Almost a month waiting for skrill cashout. Doesn't really look promising.

So it's taking a long time... but so far everybody has gotten paid? No wait longer than 1 month?

Yes, everyone has been paid. There are no accounts of payments being withheld, only delayed. Other methods, even to US players, are actually faster. I've written about why I think this is the case in the other Equity thread a couple days ago.

I got rejected 3 times before this time while I'm still under processed. First time there was no email. Second time I got the you need ID, Bank stuff, etc. The third time I needed to rake $4 or something. The ****ty part is before I sent in the first one I asked support if I needed to do any of this **** and I got cryptic answers like "just send in the request". ****ty but all well.

Hate to make my first post negative but I have to make a comment. I have played on Full Flush for months. I made a $50.00 depo to try it out. It was a great experience. I turned the $50 into $300 in a weekend. I decided I would try a withdrawl just to see if the site was legit before I continued building a bankroll. I contacted support via live chat and asked what docs i needed to submit. So i uploaded the copy of my id and proof of address. I recieved an email a few hours later saying i was good to go. Requested a payout for $200.
Figured it would take some time so I grinded sngs and micro cash games with the 96.00 i had left.

A week later I went to the cashier to check on my status and it was still processing. I contacted support they said to hold while they checked my account. I waited for 5mins and the dude bounced. I laughed at my self for how typically shady this was. I contacted support via email asking what the problem was. I checked my cashier status again and noticed it was no longer processing but it was rejected. I started a new chat and asked what happened , rhey said I needed to send my docs. I told them i already did but ill send them again.

I sent the docs recieved the email saying my account was good to go. waited for the next day and it was rejected again. I spoke to someone via live chat they said they never recieved my docs. I got really angry and wrote some vulgar stuff so I wasnt surprised when cs rep bounced on me. I was so tilted i just donked my whole bankroll on 25nl.

So my point to this story is not to say Equity doesnt pay, but my experience was terrible and I cant play my best on a site that gives me a hard time with cashouts. I loved the old school pre black friday colorful look of the software ,the soft games and the bonuses but I guess Im going to stick to disconnection, dark graphics and anonymous tables because they dont funk with your cash. Good luck everyone I will be keeping an eye out on this thread in hopes that things get better.

^^ How big were your attachments? Often when I hear stories like this people are trying to send 25mb bitmap scans via email and poker sites email servers auto-reject stuff that large so support truly does never receive them.

put a reqiurement for acknowledgement of receipt on your Email

I used my cell phone cam. Attatched it to my email. It was very clear and if there was a problem why would I get emails saying that they recieved my documents and my account was in good standing?

The website says 10-12 business days currently, which has not yet passed in your case.

Full Flush is one of the few sites that offers International checks and they actually come faster than ewallet withdrawals currently, might want to consider one of those. Here is a screenshot of both options from the cashier:

Not fast, but as usually...

Have basically my last cashout on my way. Requested 11. February. Asked today WTF on the chat because I already passed the 12 business days mark. Got informed that now it is 12-14 business days and I will get it somewhere next week.
So much for the improvement with cashouts.

They will accept a bank statement with your home address and name. It doesn't have to be utilities.




Requested check payout almost a month ago. When i requested MG or WU payouts I received it in less then a week. Why does the check take so long??
