Did you get paid using that law firm website, or they just finally paid you the regular way?

Is Heritage actually paying out? I used it for a little bit and won some money and was able to get it off reasonably quickly (like 3 months ago). Im just too paranoid to make a significant deposit unless I'm definitely gonna get paid. Also, not by chip dumping, but to be able to play in those ridiculously fishy games.

How is what you're describing doing that to a friend?

Obviously you'd be putting your friend's funds at an extremely high risk of getting locked and possibly confiscated, never mind the fact that his funds are at risk from the first moment he deposits them on a network with such a troubled payment history.

You put up the money for the friend, so he isn't risking anything. You deposit as a friend on Heritage, which always pays almost instantly via BTC. If you had 20K stuck on FF, $500 deposit is nothing. Worked for me. VOILA

Now that you've added some layers, that changes things. Either way, time to move on from the T&C-violating discussion. Not judging, but let's leave that be now.

I am just trying to help people get their money, these scumbags are the ones violating everyone. Poker is the game that rarely anyone wins in and these people aren't paying winners, so we had to find creative ways to get paid rightfully owed money. So their T&C is ****, but that will be my last post about it.

I mean your idea has been mentioned before so your not exactly a genius for mentioning it. That being said, heritage limits their winning players quickly. I started playing poker and won about $1,200 at 1/2 over a few hundred hands. They instantly limited my poker action to $500 a week. That means if you play 1/2 and 2/4 like I do that I can only play one day a week because once I log out and the money goes back into my sports account I can no longer transfer money the following day.

You will be caught, they have a close eye on the situation and you can't play above 2-4 on Heritage anyways. They have been adding more and more Heritage only tables so you won't always have access to Full Flush players.

Oh, and did I mention, you WILL be banned and funds confiscated.

I'm still waiting on multiple skrill withdraws dating back to August of last year. Not a penny paid in almost a year.....

I mentioned in the other Equity thread that it's probably time for all of us to contact their gaming commission or board or whatever it's called in Curacoa. Couldn't hurt at this point if we ask they pay us or get shut down.

Cheers Monkey. I officially got the majority of my money off Full Flush too and it feels great. I would suggest people taking your advice or use any method possible because I believe it's just a matter of time before they are gone with all the player money. I hope not I really would like for them to turn it all around but the odds are not in our favor. They are screwing all their players and sending out countless promotion emails even to players that are waiting on year long deposits. It's just sick what they are doing. And the constant lies from the "payout team" which consists of that one cheeky slag Natalie or whatever.

How will I get caught if I used remote box in the state where Heritage account was from, played so I will never be suspected of chip dumping (lost to other legit players and other accounts I controlled, small amounts at the time, put in sports action on Heritage and their casino....

HAHA no keep waiting for some phantom payout that might come by 2020. I rather get caught and get funds confiscated (which I didn't because I w/d close to 18K from FF to Heritate and then to BTC) than never get paid period.

If this is similar to the Lock Poker situation (when they were on the same network with Intertops) then I actually cannot blame people for doing a chip dump and risking getting caught.

Of course a situation like this, where one skin has money and another has none, cannot last for long with any kind of shared tables, so the odds of this working in the future always drop quite a bit.

If you got your money off that's fine, but as was said - your idea was hardly that original, so gloating about it is what seems a bit unusual.

I can guarantee you didn't get 18k off of Heritage from your Full Flush account. There are no heads up tables, they limit players that are winning too quickly to a $500 transfer amount PER WEEK and they don't offer above 2-4(which is only offered Heritage to Heritage players) so I'd say they would definitely have caught you regardless of casino and sports action. I was limited after winning under 7 buy ins over a week period. There is no way they wouldnt review your play and accounts you played against in this situation so it's obviously a lie.

If you have $1k or less, who am I to judge you if you want to risk doing this but Heritage is the one paying you and not Equity Network. I highly doubt you will be able to get away with doing more and I'd imagine they will find a way to match you up to your Full Flush account and be more aware going forward.

I decided to file a claim with that debt collection law firm to get 70% of my balance. Will update if I get a response.

This was in May, I played 3/6NL (6 MAX) and my FF account lost to 2 other Heritage accounts I have controlled. There was no cap on Poker then and I lost 18K in a matter of 2 weeks, cashed out successfully on Heritage by giving them $2000 sports action required on both of my accounts. Anyways whatever...I just feel super bad for the poor people who got super ****ed.
