Does PartyPoker have its own bots? Does PartyPoker have its own bots?

I recently got registered at PartyPoker and was slowly but surely grinding some cash... But one day a bunch of different players arrived and it was another world.

They look like professional players. Whatever hand I had there was always another guy having a better hand than me. There's one guy especially who is almost always finishing ITM at Sit&Go tables. I looked at his stats on sharkscope and the guy has got an incredible graphic. I cannot imagine professionals players wanting to play at $10 buy-in only. So, instead, could PartyPoker have their own BOTS to play against us, real players?

Yeah well, PartyPoker may have bots, honestly not sure because I haven't played there lately....I have definitely heard they've had recent major security improvements though.

But either way, your post and this thread are both ridiculous and a mod will surely change the name of it.

Oh and btw, $10 sngs can make you quite a good amount of money depending where in the world you live. Did you start playing poker 3 months ago? It sounds that way from your post.

edit: why is the last sentence in your post a question asking if what you explicitly state in the thread title could be the case? it's quite a claim for something you're not sure about.

I am not talking about BOTS that some people are using for themselves, because at 888poker they are a lot and until now I haven't had much problem to recognized them and to beat them. No, I am talking about BOTS which work for PartyPoker itself...

Yeah, I got that part. I read the title and the last sentence/question of your post, both of which I pointed out.

You posted saying that a $10 SNG player is so good that they're probably working for party and cheating, that's the most ridiculous claim ever. There are people who crush SNGs and every other format at all stakes. I don't know why that's hard for you to understand.

And why not???
I don't see why pokers rooms would not have their own BOTS to play against real people. I don't see why it sounds ridiculous!!! Do you have proofs that poker rooms are totally clean? Are you working for PartyPoker and perhaps know what is in their servers?

They don't need house bots, they made their poker site a wet dream for bot owners.

KIMW, yes I think you are right, they are probably using their own bots. It's something I have suspected for a long time and I think all the poker sites do it. One reason they use bots is to start tables, put a few bots there and some human players will join them. The other reason is to make money, "no lose" bots who crush all human opposition.

RIGGED!

Which has nothing to do with them being bots. Perhaps it points to a leak in your game, though.

There are bots that play quite well and are very profitable. However, I believe they are typically more known for their ability to put in huge volume and play consistently then they are for crushing the games. Regardless, this is hardly indicative of being a bot.

Why not? And going back to your "looked like professionals" - what does this mean to you? What is a professional, and how does someone look like one?

Not sure why you're constantly putting bots in all-caps. Does that stand for something?

As to your question, of course they could. But so far, you haven't shown a single indication of bots of any kind, let alone house bots.

I don't play on the site so have no opinion based on in game play. However if I were to run a site and decided to use House Bots then I would have taken all the steps "security" wise as Party Poker has done in the past few months. Furthermore it's been posted that Rob Yong now states that there is no oversight to the website and it's just him and a few others that run the show as they see fit.

Out of all the major sites PP is by far the most likely to have in house bots or even super users. There is no chance outside of a whistle blower to catch one and having one is a nice way to be able to afford overlays.
