Hold' em manager: Simple stats that tell me when it is good to 3 bet

I know one of the purposes of 3 betting is to punish those that raise too wide.
I have hold' em manager going with just VPIP/PFR/AF/3bet going.
What ratio of PFR to VPIP would indicate a wide enough range to 3 bet? I know fold equity is involved, so I might add folds to 3 bets up there.

2) Ratio of PFR to VPIP is totally meaningless, so you probably need to be sure you understand what they mean before you think about 3-betting.
3) A stat you might like to use is "fold to 3-bet", but read up on "continuance ranges".
