Hi, I've recently relocated to another country (study purposes) within the EU (so 1 EU country to another EU country, both on .eu)

however, I don't quite understand how to properly change my country/address on Stars. the FAQ says I have to upload new ID + utility statement bill.

but... I don't have a new ID, my passport obviously still has my home country information inside, and I didn't change my ID to new address cause there was no need for it!( I might change address to another student home within a few months so why bother making new ID's all the time if I don't need to (not breaking any laws by this by the way)

and as for utility bill.. don't have that since I'm in a student home - so how can I verify my identity then? the only thing I do have is a new bank account but none of the bank details are being sent to my address since I do everything online

I don't want to explain this stuff to Stars support cause they will think I am trying to scam them or something but I simply don't have new ID.

well since you dont want to follw PS rules when you relocate to a other contry, then you have to find an other site to play on.
If not, then you need to get dokumentation from your new contry to support your claim that you moved.

I want to follow the rules but I wont make a new ID just to satisfy some obscure rule. My point was whether someone has had experience with this sort of stuff.

Sorry to hijack this thread, but anyone know how long this process takes? I moved from Australia to UK and have sent UK youth mobility Visa, UK issued ID and UK utility bill with proof of address and haven't heard anything for two weeks.

Oh and to OP if you have a bank statement with new address on it that should satisfy them I think... Also if you have a VISA page in your passport that shows that you have a right to study/live in the new country that should help.

Send them the PDF of your recent statement (showing the new address) and that should be enough. You don't need a NEW id, whatever one you already have should be fine.

Just contact PokerStars and explain it to them. Or open up a new account with a different site. This isn't that hard.
