Hi guys. Has anyone had any deposit problems with Pokerstars?
Here's my situation...

Yesterday I tried to make a deposit using my mobile wallet Mastercard which i have done many times before without issue. When I tried yesterday, I got a popup on the Pokerstars client telling me that the transaction was declined. Shortly after, I received a text saying my account was debited by Pokerstars for the amount I attempted to deposit. Immediately after that, I received another text saying I had Insufficient funds to make the deposit and yet my balance has gone down by the amount i deposited.

The first text I received was absolutely normal, as I always receive texts with any use of my account. The second was strange. I got on the live chat with Pokerstars and explained the situation and received an email telling me that the problem is on my card issuer side and i should try another deposit method. I contacted my card issuer and got 2 transaction numbers. One for a SUCCESSFUL purchase and one for a FAILED purchase. Why was the deposit attempted 2 times? I didn't do it 2 times...

I contacted PS again and provided the transaction numbers. They say they cannot investigate for 10 days and it is a problem on the card issuer side and I should try another deposit method. Why would I try another method when I can't even get an answer as to where my money went? I gave PS the transaction number, and yet they CANNOT even investigate the problem for 10 days??? WTF! Who do I believe? Any advice would be much appreciated

Most likely the charge is pending and will just drop off your account and never post. The charge can be authorised and never actually be paid. When it's authorised it's going to be debited from your balance until it falls off.
