I still can't get in. It keeps saying I'm not in Delaware even if I turn GPS on. I'm pretty sure I'm less than 1000 feet from the state line, so I'm probably doomed until they allow interstate play.

Try moving your cellphone around your house. I've got the PA state line just behind my backyard, and have been getting kicked off if the phone is in the back of my house but not if it's in the front.

agreed. I keep X'ing out and re-logging in to get my geolocation to work. It sometimes takes a couple times but will work. I am a mile from MD. So keep trying and you will get in.

I don't think that will help with tracking/HUD software, though - I think those programs rely on hand details being saved locally...

This thread has confirmed with me the fact that anyone living in Delaware is ~1 mile from the state line.

Can someone post if they successfully set up a new account after this post is up? As of this morning the registration for a new user states that my cell number is already in use. I also tried just about every family member cell (all live in DE) to see if it was limited to just mine.

Tech support via phone was useless. Their response: "try a different number". Gee, thanks!

Yeah, I'm disappointed that you can't save the hand histories to the comp. They would make more money in rake if they did.

Set up my account yesterday while betting simulcast races at delaware park. I received same message (cell already in use). Tech support was useless ...confirmed! However, I was able to finish sign up after closing all windows, reentering site through Internet explorer and starting over. I also shut off LTE on my phone. Hope that helps!

Just attempted my first cashout. I had to submit documentation but it was rejected on account of being "too blurry." Trying again...

Has anybody managed to deposit with a credit card? Rumor is that folks are having all manner of trouble in this regard.

If this picks up I might bring my laptop to work and grind in my office after everybody leaves since I will start a job in Wilmington in January

deposits have been easy. ACH went through instantly, I was playing within seconds. Mastcard wasn't an issue either. The 'issues' you are hearing is probably with visa and every site has a problem with them.

I used MC and it went through. Didn't realize I would be charged a cash advance fee though. If I have to deposit again I'll use ACH. The cash advance fee amounted to 5%.

I resubmitted all of my documents. No response. My cashout has been sitting there in the queue for 3 days now.

I'm starting to feel like I'm dealing with the FTP customer support of old.

Yay.

Do you know if that 5% is standard for any deposit amount?

I read it takes 5 business days before getting sent to bank and you can cancel until then.

Does anyone know about the rewards system yet? I got an email saying this:

Our new rewards program has 10 statuses, which progress as follows: Blue, Iron, Chrome, Copper, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum.

In addition to the above, there are also VIP and VIP Diamond statuses, where once attained the benefits are yours to enjoy for a full year.

To view your status at any time, simply visit the lobby, click ‘My Profile’ and select ‘My Rewards Status’ from the dropdown menu.

As you progress the status ladder, you’ll benefit from the following:

* An increase in reward points per status point.
* Exclusive promotions.
* Special VIP bonuses.
* Invitations to hospitality events.

For further details regarding our rewards program, please be sure to select the 'Rewards' tab on our website.

Does anyone have any details on how the taxation is going to work? Are they going to 1099 everyone based off of profit on 12/31?

I'm looking for details and can't seem to find any of that information. I want to get signed up but hesitant until I know how this is going to work.

What are current players doing, keeping journal of all wins/losses?

MODS, is this thread more appropriate under Internet Poker Thread now that it is up and running? Just a thought.
