If you have an IP issue you can solve this simply by getting a VPN with a de IP address.

You are not breaking the law since u are physically in DE and your phone still works as well for the verification.

These things cost like 5$ per month

No this is common. I'm in ca often and when in a hilton hotel they think I am in the US because hilton uses their US infrastructure.

they run on a 24 hour delay..
they actually reports yesterdays totals so the site should be on pokerscout tomorrow or sunday at the latest

The problem lies with Pokerscout.

Last night I was one of about 10 people sitting at tables. A $5 SNG was the only one with a player list and never got more than 5 registrants. I did manage to win 3 buy-ins (brag) playing $20NL (beat).

Hopefully, traffic will slowly but steadily increase, and sometime next year the state will join with Nevada.

It will happen one step at a time. DE certainly knows it has a player pool too small to generate substantial action, and therefore new state revenues. Since they just went live across the state yesterday, it will take a bit of time to work out all the kinks (e.g., Verizon-based cellphone verification) and make sure all aspects of the gaming are operating smoothly. Once that happens, DE is certain to establish compacts with other states, and I would imagine they have already begun discussions with Nevada to do so.

just tried logging in and the message changed from generically saying i was out of state to specifically mentioning my mobile device.

I'm about to be home I've been having problems with fios but I have att we'll see if I can get in... Your next option is to get a prepaid which is perfectly legal to do to get your location

Btw I'm in Middletown pretty much right on the border of Maryland about 1-2 miles from border
