A few questions

Are all of the Delaware casinos using the same software?
Do all of the casinos sites direct the players to the tables?
what is the deal with players playing at a designated "poker room"?
There are numerous "poker rooms" all over the state, can they be used to play online?

Anyone know the answers to these. Thx for the help

Yes all casinos use the same software. The state lottery commission runs all on-line and they selected 888 to do all on-line poker for the state.

The Delaware sites have some contradictions that need to be resolved. For example, there are two rake disclosure pages that show different rake tables. One shows a $3 max rake with $1 for micros, while the other shows $4 max rake for NL/PL, even for 2NL. Which is it? There are some issues on the casino side too.

WSOP had the same issues when they launched. These kind of errors only lead to problems later that could be easily avoided.

That's cause you maxed out your cards. You have gambling addiction. :-)

So, I downloaded it and launched it. The program just sits there trying to load/start up. Is this because my IP is out of state? Anyone else experiencing this?

I would at least think it would launch up so I can at least see what's going on like the guy in PA who posted a few posts back.

Same problem in Nevada. Visa has not figured out a blanket way to determine a legal transaction and one for an offshore site. Mastercard has figured it out.
