i was under the impression that you only need to be verified for withdrawals, i didn't have any trouble depositing without prior verification.

here is some FYI info for those that may run into this....

I downloaded the software and tried to login and watch DrewOnTilt play poker, but I received the following problem:

I installed it on a bran new laptop I just bought and got the same thing. I called support on this web page:
http://www.delawarepark.com/igaming/contact/contact.php

Got a guy who struggled with English who wouldn't pass me onto Tech support. You have to do that by email. So, he has said other people have called in about this issue as well, but tech support doesn't have a solution--at least not yet.

Yes, I had the same problem the other day. I must have talked to the same tech dude since I couldn't understand **** that he said.

If you are running Windows 7, click the little arrow on the bottom right of the task bar and close the active programs one by one. For me Snagit was the "remote program." I have to shut it down before logging into the poker client. But if I open Snagit again once I have logged in, I have no problems.

Seems as if these guys have a few bugs to work out. I'll be patient with them given that we haven't had Innanet Pokerz since 2011.

I did that. Closed out my VPN only. I think I had norton going and one other. I'll try again later. I saw your screen name at a table. How was the play? No improvement in numbers of people. It looked like 15 people total. Are they advertising up there in DE, Drew?

I live in Texas and registered my phone when I signed up. Question. When I try to sign on from here, the software locates my cell and I get a message that my mobile device is located outside of Delaware... hence, I can't sign on. What would happen if my mobile device was located in Delaware, but my computer wasn't?

A program that allows a user to take over another computer will cause that error message. There are a bunch of them out there, mostly used for work and they are installed on many computers. The concern given me by the non English speaking Indian guy (as well as I could understand) was that the safeguard is needed to prevent guys like me in another state playing through a Delaware located computer. I simply found that program and closed it and got past the error page. In as much as it's in my start up programs, it was running in the background.

Still, not being located in Delaware, I'm still unable to view tables which is all I was shooting for, but I did get past that. I can see players/tables but not able to view hands.

I do think that maybe 888 poker should have sourced that support in our country which would make communications much, much better. I have a similar problem with Dell.

You would still not be able to log in. They are using multiple location authentication factors.

Based on a sample size of 2 days and about 3 hours of play:

Pros:
Fairly soft play, like a standard 1-2 live game
Software is fairly smooth
Seems like there will be lots of small deposit promos and bonuses, which are slight +EV casino freeplay rewards

Cons:
geolocation issue is causing people problems both with logins and with getting kicked off of the table mid play
I have seen 0 advertisements and no publicity other than a few articles in the news and banners on the casino websites
depositing seems to be an issue for some people
I'm a blackjack degenerate

There were 3 full cash game tables going at one point, 2 full tables in a freeroll tourney, and a couple of 6-max SNGs running. That isn't bad considering that there has been little to no publicity. I'm hoping that these casinos are "soft launching" this and trying to work out software bugs before they make a big publicity push.

WSOP has the same support issues. There are numerous complaints about it in their forum. I've not had good luck dealing with them either.

Layer down,

That program you speak of is Windows RDP or Remote Desktop Services. It's a Windows application to do just what said, but any one with Windows will have this problem. I would think if this is the problem then those who set this online poker system up would have known this and put directions for the average Joe Blow on the web site to disable RDP. I can't imagine them not knowing this and preparing for it because that would block so many new sign ups because they wouldn't know how to turn it off. I even told that to they guy struggling with English. I can't imagine this actually being the case. If so, I seriously question those running this online poker thing.

I've tried to download the poker app from all 3 Delaware casinos for the last 24 hours, no luck. Anyone have an idea where to get a working link?

It's live on pokerscout now - 888 Delaware.

There's not a whole lot to track as of now - generally about 25 people on at a given time. If the lotto commission starts advertising the casino games as frequently as they advertise the lotto games then the traffic will go up.

it was from the email delaware sent out, i'd like to think a smartphone app is on the horizon considering 888 has one for their international site, but i wouldn't count on it.

Both your IP and phone must show you in DE. You can fake the IP via vpn i would think. You can get a VPN for $5-$10 per month. The phone needs to be connected to a tower in DE in order to show you in DE which was tricky for me, since DE is so close to other states.

I don't know if its a smart idea to fake anything.

I would not advise faking anything. More States are likely to launch online gaming and compact agreements. If you attempt to bend the rules then there's a good chance that you will get blacklisted.

I am playing on a Mac using the Windows emulation program Parallels. Works great, and when I want to use Mac stuff optimally I close Parallels.
