Hi,

there is still a problem with ecoPayz payment method. I contacted ecoPayz team and also Coral support and both confirmed, their players can use ecoPayz as payment method.

But via website, there is still this option missing. Can you fix this asap?

Here is the picture, what payment methods are available today and no ecopayz. Btw when I use poker app, and click deposit, I see only white screen..so it deosnt work too.

Hi,

I guess It is not a big problem to fix something like this, but It seems Corals relevant teams are useless as hell.

What is the problem?

They promote ecoPayz as one of the payment methods as you can see:

But you cant use it as the deposit button is missing:

I asked support many many times about this. They confirmed they know about it and only advice is to use different payment method. Nice way how to solve problems.

I guess they should remove ecoPayz from their offer then. But can they? EcoPayz team confirmed they have business with Coral and it should work. But Coral ignores them also.

LoL this is one of the best iPoker rooms and they behave like this.
They should get their **** together or close the shop.

Problem is, you cant find their representative or somebody to speak about this.

Maybe it is not a big problem, but how they handle this is odd. And for info, this issue lasts more then month. After they "updated" their website from bad to worse.

PS: live support is useless too, as they give you link "5-steps to use ecoPayz guideline". Which ofc doesnt work anymore.

Yeah I had that problem, you have to call them and have them manually add the option.

Yeah, I tried to call them multiple times and they usually hang out without notice.

So live chat, mail support and also calls are not enough. They really should close their shop. They are useless ignorants and dont know how to treat players.

Yesterday I wrote to live chat again and their solution for the problem was to send me a guideline to Ladbrokers even Im playing on Coral.

They dont know what they are doing. I would like to have a job like that. Easy money. Only sit there, doing nothing and get paid. LOL

Yes Coral has no support! When you get stuck or your money... Coral does nothing. A warning for new players. They know that a lot of people are addicted to poker/gambling and will come back anyway.

Ladbrokes and Coral are the same company so maybe try the Ladbrokes support, as suggested.

Same owner... yes but other support... worse than Coral! Coral withdraw takes 24 hours. Which is positive of course! But Ladbrokes withdraw takes 7 days and maybe longer... I don't know because I did it with help from another Ipoker skin. Never played Ladbrokes again! 7 days to cash out... GTFO and maybe longer... My account was verified by the way. And when I read about Ladbrokes on trustpilot . com they are thief's and never cash out. Never play Ladbrokes!

I find it a little surprising that a company that has been around for over 130 years, is publicly traded, and now owned by GVC, would be out to steal a few hundred or thousand dollars from players.

I'm a little confused, though - is it 24 hours to cash out, 7 days, or never?

I've been playing on Coral for sometime now and like you, I regularly exchange my store points for cash (i'm a high level VIP). I've always done so freely and without any issues.

I've never heard of someone's VIP level being "restricted". I'm well aware of how the VIP system works and how it relates to points/rakeback cash ratios etc...so, what exactly do you mean by "restricted"?

What VIP level have you been reaching and what amount of store points have you been cashing in each time during the short amount of time you've been playing there?

I do have to complain about the support, because it is just too bad.

You should probably employ some people who know about the poker side of things to handle poker enquiries...

Aaand Coral is dead to me. email from RTR.

"Hi rewrew,

On December 31st 2018 the 60% Ladbrokes/Coral Deal is ending for all players and all affiliates. Also at the moment there are no exclusive races/promos planned from Jan 1st 2019.

From Jan 1st players will instead receive the regular VIP programme which pays 16-30% Rakeback depending on your VIP Level and other onsite promotions.
Some of you will want to stay and that is fine, we will still be working with Ladbrokes and Coral"

Any insight into why Coral/Ladbrokes pulled the plug?

Change in management. Poker was not making them any money so they have changed the team in charge. Unfortunately the new team have gone to the other extreme, hence why we are recommending our players and anyone elses to start switching to Betfair, Winner etc (away from Corals and Ladbrokes) to maintain the high returns they are used to of 50/60% returns. We also have planned a $100k Betfair racke race in the near future too!

Maybe once the new people at C/L find their feet and understand the nature of the beast things will change. We'll see.

Cheers

So they've pulled the plug on their own Twister races also....

Pah! I hope this new management team fails badly (because they are trying to destroy my golden nest egg and I am grumpy.)

Still I understand that they reserve the right to cancel promotions at any-time, but to cancel a week-long promo half-way through the week....

Just common decency, honour your obligations for this week. Don't offer the promo again next week if you are pulling out of the poker market. Whatever the legal rights, it's a bit out of order what is going on at Coral. Half of the promotions that they still advertise on the website are no longer active.

Sorry to hear that! Best place for your egg now is Betfair (35% Old Rake plus Races) or Winner (60-70% RPV) through an affiliate site.

Good luck with the egg

I still don't like it. You would think that a company like that should make enough money from silly gamblers that they could at least pay us clever poker players a decent wage.

(I am looking into alternatives now and Betfair looks most likely, but waiting until my bankroll withdrawal from Coral comes through first).
