I won't bore you with all the details...

The long and short of it is as follows

We were helping him mid month with cash advances on his June rake as a courtesy....
We wanted another advance and emailed the Accounts Dept who had left for the evening and therefore didn't answer his email within 10 minutes so he sent them 7 more emails in the space of an hour complaining about not being replied to and throwing his toys out of his pram.

He also sent 5 more to info@rtr within the space of the same hour requesting the advance.....
The first of these was replied to because it was then discovered that he had 6 RTR accounts and was referring himself (and not even subtly).
The reply told him that his accounts were being investigated and no monies would be forthcoming during that process.

But instead of waiting he wrote straight back to one of our employees as follows (which prompted his account closure).

"dude just send what i have raked now please and close my account and send the rest at the end of the month u guys are ****ing racist and i dont want to conduct business with racist people and ur not gonna make any more money off me for that reason ur not gonna treat me like a kid and not respond to my emails thats pisses me off and im sure it would do that to u if u were in my shoes thats why i fliped u guys are ****ing short of screws just send my ****ing money please and i can be done with u racist **** suckers"

As many of you will know we reply to everything faster than most and have never had unjustified cause to withhold a dime from anybody in $28m worth of payouts otherwise the net would be littered with posts about us.

As ever should it need to go further we are more than willing to send the necessary files to the Mods if required. In fact we have sent the offending emails to 2 of the Mods anyhow.

I can't believe an adult writes a business related email like that nor throws the "Race Card" in when asking for what is essentially a loan.

Their customer service has always been excellent.
