Do you think 1.2k hands is a lot?

If we both play same level and both are regulars... This is easy to do.

For sure I played more hands against other regulars players during the same time.

You mentioned 2 friends. What was the nickname of the 3rd person? Were they living in the same building as well? Did you play at the tables with that person too?

If you JUST live in the same building there is no way you have the same IP

Sorry, maybe was a mistake. Only my friend and me.

Yes, some times we played the same tables. We are regular players of nl100. Most of the time we have to share tables.

Thank you so much for your reply.

I was playing average cash games nl100 on Tigergamming.

I don't have any email from Tiger support, they don't reply me. There are 2 friends on mine on the same situation. I will ask them to post here any email they could have.
Did you just make up an extra friend?

You obviously breached the T&C then and honestly I am happy chico bans people who play with the same IP adress at the same table.
In case you werent colluding (I will never know) I feel sorry for you, but even if it was without bad intention, you violated the rules.

There are no a rule saying that you can't share tables or same IP with someone. The rule says that if you will use more than one account in the same house you will have to ask to tiger to allow you.

That's all, looks like I will lose all my money. It's time to come back to nl10. So sad.

Sorry dude. I don't believe you intentionally broke the rules, but you certainly should have asked first. Ideally support would have allowed you both to play with restrictions not to play at the same tables. Any site with good security would likely have similar rules.

I asked BOL about an account for my wife (obviously from the same house/IP address) and they said it was not allowed at all.

Hi everybody,

Look what I found, Tigergaming is under the license number 5536/JAZ. That license is listed under the Curacao license scam.

https://www.tigergaming.com/license

https://game-protect.com/curacao-license-scam/

should someone open a thread about it here ?

You can, but to be honest I'm pretty sure most online gaming licenses, other than those held by the major sites, are pretty meaningless. I doubt it would shock anyone to know that TigerGaming displays a meaningless license. I play at BetOnline which pools its poker players together with TigerGaming and SportsBetting to form the Chico Network. I can't even find BetOnline's license.

There are risks associated with playing at these unregulated sites. You essentially have little recourse with the decisions that they make.

Hi everyone. Almost a month passed since they allowed me to withdraw but my account is still under review.

I guess this can last forever until they completely scam as it happened to Cake Poker in past. Actually I am about to hire a lawyer, but this will cost me extra money and time. Any suggestions how can I affect this situation other way?

I think you're straight ****ed man. They concluded that you were breaking TOS in a severe manner and they are not going to reward someone they labelled a cheat with a spanking and a quick and easy withdrawal (no hassle) via BTC. Further, everyone who cheats claims that they didn't to the site so you're protestations will fall on deaf ears. Lastly, seeing as Chico is not the most regulated/legally conspicuous enterprise I doubt you will have any standing whatsoever in any court of law anywhere. While if you truly broke no TOS, I have no guess as to if you did, it really is kind of a scam, they have to draw the line somewhere and ban people without compensation who they believe have hurt the poker site by cheating/ chip dumping/breaking TOS and other OOL behavior and activity's. Your best hope is to call up and continue working with them, give them as much info as they need and try to ameliorate the situation. Absolutely just go for the money and cut your losses in terms of your account remaining banned, that ship has likely sailed.
Also, does anyone know if in any cases of banning accounts for OOL that the site will still allow the user to withdraw their funds? I mean in live casinos if you do **** like angleshooting, counting in BJ, hole carding and the like, the casino will often allow you to cashout before they kick your ass off the premise for good.

Good day Oleksii,

This is Jeff from Tigergaming, I hope that this email finds you well.

Please be advised that this is an update regarding the most recent investigation on your account. After a thorough review, we have detected that you have been receiving funds via the Poker network from various confirmed fraudulent accounts. Kindly note that we have confiscated a total amount of $1,188.00 for the fraudulent funds won and processed a manual payout for your remaining balance of $2955.04 to your Skrill account used to deposit. Keep in mind that your account will remain permanently closed.

Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Kind regards,
Jeff

Congratulations!

That email is so odd. If they think someone is breaking the rules enough to ban them then why return the money? If the problem was the other accounts then why would they ban you? As long as you're satisfied I guess that's all that matters.

The point is I didn't break any rules. I just got lucky to play vs various confirmed fraudulent accounts and it was not my fault. I'm glad they reinvestigated this case and justice was served.

Hello, what did you write to them so that they returned the money, though not all. In the next topic, I described my problem and my account was frozen for allegedly chipdumping. It would be nice to throw a couple of screenshots of letters from you to them.Or some steps that helped you return your money. Thanks.
